I got a large wardrobe supplied and fitted by them. Good news is that they are efficient, punctual and communicated well until all installations were done.

When the installation finished I told the installer that the drawer runners were very poor, don't run smoothly and he agreed and told me they were not the best quality but when I wanted to write the same thing on the completion page where I needed to sign he would not let me. He instead suggested I speak to someone in the office. Soon after someone called me and I explained this. On that call she confirmed whether I signed the completion statement which was necessary for them to paid by the finance company... Since then I have not heard from them. The installer damaged one of the front drawers and they were supposed to replace but nothing so far. So to summarise: mostly the product looks good quality, drawers are not good or the runners, incredibly simple design of only shelves, drawers and hanging rail for £5400, the installer left all the rubbish, spare parts everything in my balcony which was kind of hidden away which I found later, his son and him left an utter mess in my toilet. I am sure the installer knew what he did but he left so much nails etc that it worries me if everything collapses at some point.

Delighted with our new fitted wardrobes fitted by Gareth He did a really good job and was polite and friendly. Fitting was completed in expected time frame and the room left clean and tidy afterwards.

So far so good! Booked in an initial consultation and we were genuinely blown away by Bob Grimsley’s service. His ability to make the process as straight forward and easy to understand as possible was fantastic. He sat with us for hours going through the design to come up with something suitable for the space.

The survey conducted by Martin was really good. He went through all the measurements and confirmed what would work well and any small details we may need to alter. Very easy process again.

Compared to previous consultations we had with sharps and images, it was in a different league! The team are amazing and seem to care that we get the best solution possible.

We are waiting for installation dates so will be able to review the second part of the process in due course. Let’s hope the installation is as good as the initial consultations!

Had fitted bedroom wardrobes 4 days ago, extremely happy the fitters name was Kevin a real old school joiner’’dressed in apron as was tradition back in the day, a first class tradesman , a terrific job. forget sharps this company does the business , ever thing delivered bang on time ...thank you wefitt !!

I have used WeFitAnyFurniture previously in our house, so I knew what to expect in terms of the quality and service, and I wasn't disappointed when I use them again for another room in our house. From design up to the fitting, we were very impressed. Kevin (the fitter) was a delight, he's very courteous and professional and made sure that we were happy with everything. Can't recommend them enough.

We have had 3x separate fitted Bedroom fitted wardrobes installed in late 2019.

The Initial sales and comms were great so we paid the full balance to get the fitting started.

This is where the problems started.... the quality is OK but the Installation was way below average.

The fitter illegally just covered over 2x live electrical double sockets instead of cutting out panels as the drawings mentioned.. this is against the law.

Then the handles snapped off the door due to cheap metal screws...

It would be an easy fix to just replace the poor quality screws BUT one issue was the mirrored door which was glued over the screw heads so the handle on this door couldn’t be fixed - it now looks awful without a handle.

We attempted MANY TIMES to get someone to come and fix the issues but no-one came even though we were promised a call from their fitters...Countless calls - all from us and not one received from WFAF... lots of excuses but no action...

After 6 weeks, we even called HICS consumer service which sped up the process of WFAF calling us back for the first time in 2 months of patiently waiting for them to action our complaint - but again, a response and a solution failed to materialise... that was way back in October 2019... a whole year later we are still waiting for their call...

The most abysmal After-Sales customer service, in fact worse than that..it’s non-existent!

If you want to go with this company then fingers crossed nothing goes wrong as they’ll have your money but you’ll be on your own with no recourse to getting any issue fixed..

So, I would Definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone... It’s way too risky!

I will of course update this review if by some miracle we get a phone call from WFAF and finally get these issues resolved..

Excellent wardrobes and service. We have the Elise range in Classic Blue and they look great, and have so much storage space. They also seem really sturdy and robust! We want to say a huge thank you to Mathew Stanley who fitted them - he was very efficient and helpful, and did an excellent job. Also, thanks to Muhammad who did the initial design with us - he listened carefully to what we wanted and created a great design. Also, thanks to the surveyor, Karl Tobin, who checked all the measurements before the final order. Emma Chapman coordinated everything for us, answering any questions I had, and scheduling delivery and fitting. We're really pleased and would recommend 'We Fit Any Furniture' to our friends and family.

We have just had 2 bedrooms fitted and are really pleased with them. Mohamed our designer was great with our teenage daughters, going through what they wanted and how best to achieve it. The furniture arrived when booked, delivery drivers were really good. We ended up with 2 separate fitters for each room, the company had misjudged how long the first one was going to take. This was a little inconvenient for us, but Jason our first fitter dealt with the problem brilliantly, and Dean fitted the second bedroom the following week. Both of the fitters worked amazingly hard and were a pleasure to have in our house, nothing was too much trouble for them.
The only reason for the 4 stars is the timing issues we encountered, not the quality of the work or company.

We are very happy with our fitted wardrobes in two bedrooms and the downstairs cupboard - Our fitter Thomas Moffatt (B209989) was friendly, professional and worked tirelessly to ensure the job was completed in the 3 days time frame given.

Its was the best decision ever .The quality of the wardrobe is solid and strong and the fitter actually did the main job which was so neat and clean and the finishing was just beyond my expectations.

Appalling After fitting service!! Still waiting for someone to come out and check the discoloured, yellowish stuff from oozing out from the door edges!! wardrobes were fitted Feb 2019 and now all the doors have a discolouration and some parts have yellow stuff on the edges of the doors.. I called customer service team and they said it’s NORMAL??!!! after paying so much money for high-quality wardrobes as they sold us, I wouldn’t expect to have stuff oozing out the edges of the doors.. I was advised I had to have someone in to check them first. After 2 months of waiting, I was booked in but they can only advise someone will come from
4.30pm onwards... They can’t advise a rough estimated time of arrival, nor phone number of that person, office don’t answer emails nor calls after 5pm so you just wait around and waste time because no one turns up!! It’s such an awful awful awful company to work with.

We are over the moon with our bedroom furniture that has been fitted today by Gareth and his coworker (sorry I didn’t catch his name). They have both worked flat out to give us the fitted furniture we have waited for. Thanks again. Fab work
