Went to Wed2Be in Bristol. I had not tried any Wedding Dresses before, and as a curvy girl, I was very nervous. All of the Staff were so kind and supportive and our stylist Millie was incredible. She knew what I wanted better than I did and even when I thought I had found the one, she brought one last dress that blew me away. Left with everything I needed and newfound confidence. So much more excited for my special day thanks to Wed2Be <3 Thank you Millie!!!!

I walked in feeling extremely nervous, confidence about my body very low! I had a rough idea of the dress I wanted.
Was assisted by the absolutely WONDERFUL Cassie, she was incredible. Sat and listened about what my day was going to be like, got to know me, and she was hilarious, supportive and knowledgeable.
We tried the dress I thought I'd love. Epic fail. Cassie asked me to trust her vision... And just WOW!!! I found the dress, actually felt amazing and beautiful, made my 2 best friends and mum cry! I cannot thank Cassie enough. She clearly knows her job inside out and went above and beyond to get me the perfect dress. Cassie's support definitely enabled me to go from feeling disgusting to feeling like a princess. Go to WED2B Bristol. Get Cassie to help (all the other ladies were great too!) and fall in love with your dress and yourself!

Lovely staff, very welcoming and I felt so comfortable. I had a lovely lady called Kim helping me choose my dream dress, she was amazing!!

Kim was so helpful and really took in everything I said. She really helped me to make the right decision and was so patient with me. I cant thank her enough.

‘Marie’ (apologies for the likely wrong spelling) was incredibly kind and friendly, she put a lot of anxieties at ease and truly made me feel beautiful. She also found my dream dress with the second dress she brought out for me! She didn’t pressure me at all, and was also very good at including my family (and my grandma who has dementia) so it was very special! Thank you so so much to this particular member of staff!

Cassie was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She made me feel so comfortable, listened carefully to what I liked, and truly understood the vision I had in mind. What meant the most to me was how genuinely happy she seemed for me — I could feel her excitement and support throughout the whole appointment.

She made sure I felt confident, special and, most importantly, that I had found the perfect dress. It never felt rushed or pressured, just such a lovely and emotional experience.

Sophie was absolutely amazing! I had no idea what I was looking for when I first walked into the store but she made me feel at ease and asked me all the right questions. The first dress she gave me to try was perfect (and also happened to be named after my son which was a lovely coincidence). Having tried a few alternative dresses I originally went back the first one Sophie chose for me. I cancelled my appointment at my next bridal shop and bought the dress there and then. Sophie and all of her colleagues we so helpful and friendly and I’d recommend wed2b to anyone looking for their perfect dress. Thank you Sophie!

I went here with no ideas really (mainly sparkles) and the team were so welcoming and the wait time wasn't very long before we were seen (they do a book a place in the queue when you arrive system) and they alert you when you’re next (so if you wanted to you can pop out to a cafe or shop while you wait you can)!

They have a really nice range of dresses, sizes and styles and it was so nice being able to browse them while waiting!

Everyone was so nice but Georgie, who came to help me was SO GREAT!!! She literally hyped me up and encouraged me and tried lots of accessories as options just so I could have a see what it looked like! She was so enthusiastic and kind and absolutely hit the nail on the head with what I wanted!! I picked my dress and felt so special and listened to and she really knew her stuff about the dresses too! Thank you Georgie!!

I really recommend coming to Wed2Be because they are a really decent price and you get what you see and it felt like a really special experience!

Such amazing friendly professional service. Understanding my mobility needs and needing a wedding dress that went with being in a wheelchair.

Had a wonderful experience at Wed2b Bristol today. Sophie was excellent at helping me find my dress and extremely knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure on what sort of dress I wanted, but she helped me with lots of different options/styles to help me find the one!

i visited the bristol store and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The biggest highlight was Mari the lovely girl who was with me, she was so helpful, put me at ease straight away & the first dress she chose for me was the one! All the staff were great though and i couldn’t fault the whole experience ! I would recommend to any brides.

Customer service was amazing, everyone in store was really knowledgeable about the different dresses. Kim was so helpful and patient when I was searching for my dress. She showed me the different styles of dresses and then used my feedback from each one I tried on to find the perfect one, taking into account what I did and didn't like. It made an experience that could have been stressful actually very enjoyable.

We visited the Bristol store yesterday to find a wedding dress for my daughter-in-law (to be). This was hands down the best experience of the three shops we visited, with profession staff who listened, cared and took time to make the whole experience special. Millie, who served us, was an absolute star, and the store manager was also so friendly and efficient. We were delighted with the dress we finally chose, which was also very reasonably priced. Very happy customers!

From start to finish the experience was amazing. I was able to try every style of dress on to be able to find my perfect one. It wasn’t rushed at all and Cassie was so so helpful and made me feel so at ease!
