Based on the large size of WeBuyAny (house) I discovered the local feeling from the first telephone call I received.

A first hand a great time with the support with creativity offered by the expert property buyers. Overall, I would offer my future potential properties to this large but local feeling helpful company.

100% glad I initially visited the company online to start the process of selling my property in only 7 days!

So far it has been exactly as they advertise. Quick phone call to Chris and after a few questions I had my offer there and then. I thought about it overnight and then agreed the sale with him.

Over the last 2 months during the sale of my property my experience with we buy any home has been nothing short of excellent!

Everything has gone very well so far. Straightforward timely and clear communication. We have been given an initial quote by Anand who was helpful and realistic. We are now through to the second part of the process dealing with Tyler who is friendly and we are hoping the original quote stays the same. I will update once the process is complete.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I was offered a figure that was satisfactory and a completion date that was good. After that it went downhill. Every week was a new figure and different completion dates. The leasehold director wasn't particularly forthcoming with the required documentation which didn't help. Even the lawyers seem to be getting fed up with it. Eventually we completed 6 weeks after the original date and 9 grand below the original offer. I was so stressed out with the whole thing it made me quite ill to be honest. Am just glad it's over and I'll never have to go through this again.

Trying to sell my late brothers flat, and enquired with We Buy Any Home yesterday, spoke with Anand, who was extremely polite, efficient and helpful.

I waited for their call...it never came.

I challenged this and was told that a call hd been made.

I was by my landline and mobile for an hour covering their non existent call.

They later apparently left a message for me.

Very helpful and explained all I needed to know , keeping things simple for me so I could understand the process.
