I worked at Webmite as a Business Development Training Manager for a total of five months, during which I was never paid a single month . When I accepted the position, I was promised a fixed-in hand salary as outlined in the offer letter. However, despite meeting the expectations of the role and giving my full commitment, the company failed to honor its end of the agreement.

Throughout my employment, I consistently worked long hours, making calls from poorly sourced data sheets provided by the company. The contact lists were outdated and unreliable, making it incredibly difficult to generate positive results despite my best efforts. Even so, I fulfilled my responsibilities diligently, attending all required meetings, overseeing my team's performance, and ensuring that productivity targets were met.

Unfortunately, the work environment at Webmite was plagued with unprofessionalism at every level of management. The HR department, my direct team leader, and even the general manager routinely made vague promises and offered repetitive excuses when it came to salary disbursement. Every inquiry about delayed payments was met with dismissive responses, avoidance tactics, and constant deflection of accountability. It became evident that the leadership lacked transparency, integrity, and basic professionalism when it came to employee welfare.

To make matters worse, the company's focus on results was completely detached from the quality of resources and support provided. Unrealistic expectations were imposed on employees while offering minimal training and tools for success. The data sheets were riddled with invalid leads, yet we were expected to deliver exceptional results without proper assistance.

The quality of the educational services Webmite offers, such as CCNA and Web Designing courses was equally disappointing. The course material lacked depth, structure, and coherence, making it difficult for learners to gain any meaningful skills. The mentors tasked with delivering these courses were neither knowledgeable nor engaging, which further diminished the overall learning experience.

Despite raising multiple concerns regarding these issues, there was a complete lack of accountability or willingness to address them. The culture at Webmite seemed to prioritize squeezing results from its employees while neglecting their well-being and professional growth. Payment delays, false promises, and poor leadership define the work culture, creating an environment where employees feel undervalued and exploited.

In conclusion, my experience at WebMite was overwhelmingly negative. The company's failure to meet basic ethical standards regarding employee compensation, combined with the subpar quality of their educational services, makes it impossible for me to recommend them to anyone. Whether you're considering working with them or enrolling in their courses, I strongly advise you to explore other, more reliable options. Webmite was without a doubt, a waste of my time, effort, and professional dedication.
