I SHOULD HAVE READ ALL THE REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER WITH A COMPANY WITH THIS NAME. IT APPEARS THAT A NUMBER OF US HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. I placed an order for an iPad and was informed that it had been dispatched from the warehouse and I should receive it in a couple of days. I was then told there was a delay in delivery and the iPad never arrived. The company promised a refund and when this did not appear in my bank account I tried to contact them but found that their email address was no longer working. Out of pocket by £320

Bought a phone with these then the,website disappeared, and now am £500 out of pocket.

A slight delay in delivery was turned into a positive experience with a complimentary gift. Kudos to the team for excellent customer service!

Ordered a phone and it was delivered in 6 days as promised. The delivery process was hassle-free and the product was intact. Great service!

Scam - looted many buyers **Closed their website and ran away**

People are frauded by this company - even the tracking provided is their own fake scam website

so eventually they will take lots of orders and then close their website and run away and in mean meantime will offer you fake 10% etc etc

Scam as others have said. I have had the email about the delivery then no delivery even the delivery company is a error 404
The company that your payment goes to is a wine company. I’ve contacted the police as advised also credit card company looking into.

Ordered product, delayed and got new date. The received an email saying it had been cancelled and will receive full refund. Tried to call 17 times, always engaged. Emailed twice. No reply. Website no longer available and taken down.

Ordered a steam deck Oled on the 9th of July for £420. Got in touch on the the 16th of July to get an update to see why its still not dispatched. Got shipment notification within 5 minutes of getting in touch with them. But never received the parcel on the day it was mentioned so got in touch again and they said the following;

"Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that due to the high volume of orders, we have to postpone your delivery date to July 19. As a part of our compensation, we will refund 10% of the product price as soon as you receive the order. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. If you don't want to wait until Friday, we can issue a full refund for your order. Please let us know about your decision.

So I simply asked to cancel it. And this is what I received back as a reply.

"Dear Customer,

Due to the delay in the operation of the courier service, we decided to issue a full refund for your order. As a part of our compensation, you will receive a full refund plus 10% of the product price. You should expect the refund within 5 working days. Let us know if you have any questions.

Now its been over 5 days. Their website has disappeared and can't even email them as it says no user exist with that email.

So yeh AVOID!

It's a scam I ordered a s23 ultra £600 and received nothing...company has copied another legit company to fool customers stay away.

Scam - ordered an Xbox for my son’s birthday next week . They Sent email saying it was running late so would I like a refund . I said I’d like the Xbox . Got another email saying I would get a refund + 10% . When I replied to that email the email address no longer works and the website has been taken down .

Scam! Similar to other reviews below, ordered xbox series x, received an email saying item is delayed. No response from customer service, website no long operational

SCAM Beware as I ordered from Agaelectronicsltd, received a confirmation email, then a shipping email, then 3 days later got another email saying “ We would like to inform you that due to the high volume of orders, we have to postpone your delivery date to July 20. There was an email address for contact which I emailed saying I was happy to wait until Saturday but heard nothing since and my item has not arrived. Tried contacting today through email and keep getting a failed email notification. Tried to look up the company online and, surprise surprise, it is showing an error message. Never thought I would fall foul to such a scam. I even checked Trust Pilot before I ordered. Complete scam.

I purchased an iPad but then decided to cancel the order. I received the usual order confirmation and cancellation communications. It's been a week and I still haven't received a refund and no reply from email, and now it seems that the company's website is no longer active. The company's details can still be found on the company registry, but it's clear that something isn't right. I should have known better!

Ok. I’ve just seen this thread. Am concerned I’ve also been scammed. Had emails from contact/agaelectronicsltd.com with tracking no & courier details. Nothing worked so emailed them & got an ‘Email Address not found response.’ I’ve lost quite a bit of money to these people & do not know what to do. Will contact Police as advised.

On June 30, 2024, I purchased an iPhone 15 on the website agaelectronicsltd.com. Payment was made through the Revolut bank, Bodegare LTD. On June 1, I wrote to the seller about the Bodegare company, why the money was on their account and not Agaelectronics LTD, and on June 1 they assured me that it was their partner, everything was fine. Also, on June 2, I was sent information that the product was shipped and a tracking link that the product would arrive on June 6. On June 6, they sent me a letter saying that the product was delayed and they could refund the money. I wrote that I wanted a refund, and I was told that the money would be returned within 5 working days. After 5 days, I wrote a request for funds, and they also wrote to me that they would sort it out and send it within 3 working days. After three business days they didn't reply to my email and there were reviews on Triladvisor platform from people who have already been affected by their scam.
I appeal to those who have also suffered from them, let's leave Action Fraud on the shelf as much as possible

Received my order later than expected, but was pleasantly surprised by a small gift included as an apology. The gesture made up for the delay!

SCAMMERS, DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE . SCAMMERS THEY WILL SAY YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED THEN POSTPONE IT AND OFFER YOU 10 PERCENT OFF IF YOU WAIT. YOUR ITEM WILL NEVER ARRIVE.

The courier brought my new phone today after 6 days of waiting. Everything was in perfect condition and the delivery was smooth. Very satisfied!

Avoid they are scammers like people write here. Im glad that the real owner of real company put post here bit to late as i have order stuff from them earlier but at least people might see it and will not buy more. I have also reported to action fraud.

My package arrived a bit late, but the customer service team was very apologetic and included a lovely gift as compensation. Really appreciated the gesture!
