Ordering process was very easy. Parcel arrived in a timely fashion. Making them up, easy. Smells amazing. Spray nozzles not great. Customer service absolutely awful, I have emailed - no answer. I have commented at least three times on the Facebook advertising posts - received a comment saying this would be looked into. Over a week later still nothing. Hate putting this type of review on, however, they have had sufficient time to contact me.

I ordered the starter pack for cleaning my bathroom and was pleasantly surprised at the cleaning power of the product. The smell is great and really fresh.

Disappointed with the product. Smells lovely when you spray it but the smell disappears immediately. Thought my house would smell really nice but nothing. Love the concept but sadly will be returning to my old products. Not worth the money

I have the multipurpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner and floor cleaner, all on subscription now. Love the streak free clean and the smell of the floor cleaner is absolutely gorgeous. Refills take up hardly any space and I love that we aren’t breathing in toxic cleaning sprays at home any more.

Brilliant eco multi purpose cleaner so simple to use smells lovely used it yesterday for first time and couldn't believe how it made things sparkle and clean eco products differently works better than everyday products that is harmful to our plant, just ordered bathroom cleaner which will be here soon as delivery is quick

The company has a made a really good floor cleaner. The smell is devine and the floors look really good. So nice to have a floor cleaner that is in recycled packaging.

Lovely products and affordable for someone who has had to give up on eco cleaning products due to extortionate costs.

Nothing special and the spray containers don't look like they'll last that long either!

This was my first order and will not be my last. My order was delivered very quickly, smells lovely and really cleans well.

I was so excited to try this...but not impressed at all. Barely any scent to the multipurpose, so no scent left when cleaning. The bathroom one smelt lovely when opening the packet but when mixed with the water, you can only just smell it. They claim your house will smell like a spa...not true, i felt i was just cleaning with water 😔

I bought two bottles to increase our water intake and in particular tap water. It really has helped and feeling much more hydrated as the water stays cool and you don’t have to worry about “spiders” in your glass at night time 😜

The starter pack arrived on time. I filled the bottles, gave them a shake and left them for a while. I came back to find them sitting in a puddle. The pumps were leaking. I tipped some product out and dried them off. Used it and left it on the side. Came back a little while later and same thing, leaking. So not a good start. I was expecting more smell, but it's really very light. You can barely smell it. Also not impressed with the cleaning power of the product. It's fine for a quick wipe over, but it is not good enough for anything other than that. Plain water does just as good a job. I won't be repurchasing.

Great product and easy to set up. So pleased with the quality as it leaves no streaks on surfaces and has a lovely fresh scent. Will be purchasing refills when needed but a little goes a long way. Well worth purchasing and I feel so much better for knowing this cleaner has no harmful chemicals.
