Great customer service Kam tried all he could to get our delivery. Unfortunately teams at Watson Fuels do not speak to each other it is a shambles. I called four times to see what was happening with my delivery ordered on 20:08:2026 delivered 02:09:2026 (13 days) They kept saying I needed a baby tanker and the only one they have was off the road. I explained the logistics that a standard tanker would be able to deliver, but no they insisted I would have to wait. Driver delivered eventually the day after it was supposed to and he confirmed a standard tanker can deliver. I have now relayed this information once again to Watson Fuel’s. They do not listen to their customers. My husband is vulnerable and a senior citizen and we are supposedly on their priority list. Disappointed again. !!!

We recently moved to Cornwall. The previous owners of our property had used Watsons for their heating oil so we made enquiries and were quoted a competitive price.
The staff arranging purchase/delivery of the oil were all really helpful and polite. Delivery was prompt and on the day requested.

Didn't deliver on the day I was promised.
Then tried to deliver 2 days later but apparently you had put it on a big lorry when it says a small vehicle.
Then I was promised a delivery after 1pm so he had access and I got a phone call from your driver saying he was on his way at 10.30. So he returned the delivery to the depot.
Fourth time lucky, a regular driver who had delivered to me before who was very helpful

Oil ordered 11am one day. Delivered 0715 the next. Faultless. Drivers superb.

Order placed, phone me back to confirm delivery address. Oil not received, contacted Watson 2/3 days after original delivery date for an update. Order not processed due to being input as a ddr order! (Although initially they said my order hadn’t been input). Advised would be delivered the following day or the Tuesday due to the bank holiday. Still no delivery, phoned again, advised being delivered on the Thursday, this is now 11days after original delivery date,(16 days after order being placed) asked the operator if I could speak to his supervisor/manager, I was told this was not possible, neither could I have the phone number of our local depo, his customer service and attitude was very poor. Also be aware payment taken immediately from your account before delivery and if a refund is required you have to wait 7/10 days. They do not advise you of this when ordering
