Founded in 1957, Watson Fuels supplies heating oil, farm fuels, road diesel, fuel cards, boiler servicing, and a wide range of industrial lubricants to businesses, farms and homes across the UK.
We’ve expanded from our origins in rural Wiltshire, and now deliver c2bn litres of fuel each year on our famed red Watson tankers, from our network of depots across England, Wales and Scotland.
We’re also proud members of the UK and Ireland Fuel Distributors Association (UKIFDA), and an OFTEC-registered business.

The person on the phone was very courteous and I had no trouble placing my order and I have used this company for a number of years , I was a bit miffed when I received an invoice for fuel already paid for but it was amicably sorted out with a phone call.

Would like to say how helpful Sarah was…
Would like to say how helpful Sarah was to me, please reward this young lady exceptionally polite and not forgetting the other department.e to she spoke with to sort out my issue having just returned to my home after nearly 4 months in hospital and recovering from various procedures and open heart surgery. I have been with Watsons for years, long may it continue. Also thanks for early delivery, particularly as one who feels the cooler times now autumn has arrived.

Been using WF for many years
Been using WF for many years. Customer service respondents always helpful. However not unusual for delivery not to arrive on the date given. Would be helpful if WF let us know if delivery date changes. Otherwise very happy with the service.

Overall a very service
Overall a very good service. The only thing that stopped a 5 star review was:on my online account a price of £1.06 was given but when I telephoned a price of £0.93 was given.

Very helpful lady - Emma I spoke to then when she was away I spoke to a gentleman I think his name was Dave - he too was very helpful - it is a delight to speak with people like this - unfortunately do not get it with some companies.

Delivery arrived within a reasonable time period. Driver coped well with the challenging access to our house.

The ordering of the fuel was easy to do…
The ordering of the fuel was easy to do and I was kept updated on the delivery. The delivery was on schedule, The driver is the usual driver to our property and he`s friendly and polite and we always have a good chat. When the invoice came through it was cheaper than quoted which is good news! Cant fault the service.

It took over a week to get our order
It took over a week to get our order. We were told when we paid that we would have our order at the latest on Friday, which gave 4 days for delivery.
I then phoned 3 times on the Friday with everyone promising me a call back, no calls. Phones again on the Tuesday, no delivery had been made. Waiting all day but did eventually get a call back saying that they tried to deliver on the Monday but couldn't get down the drive, which is an excuse you have been many times before there is a large concrete yard at the bottom of our drive which we have fairground lorries and rides in to turn around. So you did not come to the property.

The delivery came quickly after ordering, the only thing was we normally receive a phone call the day before saying the order is coming because the tank is locked, fortunately we happened to be here when the delivery came.
