Founded in 1957, Watson Fuels supplies heating oil, farm fuels, road diesel, fuel cards, boiler servicing, and a wide range of industrial lubricants to businesses, farms and homes across the UK.
We’ve expanded from our origins in rural Wiltshire, and now deliver c2bn litres of fuel each year on our famed red Watson tankers, from our network of depots across England, Wales and Scotland.
We’re also proud members of the UK and Ireland Fuel Distributors Association (UKIFDA), and an OFTEC-registered business.

Hopeless service for customer of 25 years
Been a customer for 25 years - but have now just changed because of completely hopeless service and more expensive oil. We unexpectedly ran out of fuel and they kept stringing us along saying delivery would be in 4 days time and they would ring back to let us know the delivery date which they never did. We rang every day and got a different story each time about delivery which was very difficult because we needed to dovetail our Aga people to restart our Aga. They were completely inflexible and made no effort to change schedules to deliver to us. Astonishing when you consider that other firms provide a next day service and their oil is cheaper.

Check your invoice!
Ordering by phone is straightforward, lovely polite staff. Delivery doesn’t always match the date given at time of booking.
I would usually give a higher rating but on this occasion when I looked at my invoice..which as far as I was concerned was paid at the time of placing the order..I saw it said part payment..queried this to be told I owed for 3 litres..that the driver had put in over the amount I ordered!! Not my fault..but customer care person insisted I pay the £2.97 !!
