Transaction was pretty smooth, delivery was a little late that promised. I found my Rolex in exactly same condition as shown on the website.

I purchased a watch from a seller in Spain through Watch Rapport about 3 months ago. The deal was good, but the transaction was a bit turbulent. I waited about 6 weeks to receive the watch after I was told the watch was in stock and ready to be shipped immediately. With several emails going back and fourth and uncertain or exact shipping dates, I was getting very nervous. The watch finally arrived as described and everything worked out. I purchased my second watch about 10 days ago, and the transaction went through very smoothly. I think the customer service is excellent, however I think they need be more clear on the “availability” or “in stock claims. Or, provide more accurate delivery dates.

It's my first time making a large purchase online, I was nervous to buy a watch without seeing it first, especially for $20K. However, thanks to David one of the support agents, he put my mind at ease. My transaction was successful and will definitely be making a second purchase soon!

Most of the watches “In stock” on their site are posted on other websites where they are marked sold. Almost every watch I saw for the brand I was looking at was easily found doing a reverse image search and finding the original website that sold the watch was sold months if not years ago, while it’s listed “in stock” on Watchrappaport site. It very easy to tell as the pictures and descriptions on WR site is the exact same as the original seller/external site. If you like giving some random site your money to hold onto to just give it back to you weeks later with no watch, this is the site to use

What can you say when WatCh Rapport over promises and fails to deliver...not good and I will not be back...

I tried to be short and succinct, now I feel it’s better if I go into detail so others don’t fall into the same trap I did..
I purchased a Rolex timepiece at an agreed upon price and sent my payment in full...the timepiece was advertised as “in stock” and “unworn”...worst case scenario, I was to receive this piece in early June,2020...
And here comes the run around...the piece wasn’t unworn, the piece wasn’t the correct year, 2020 (after being told this,I agreed to an earlier unworn,model)...they had to get this timepiece from another vendor...I read it was in stock, so not sure why I didn’t get that timepiece, but I was patient throughout all these excuses...finally, today comes and I get an email and text that my order is cancelled and I will receive a refund....but wait, they still have this timepiece on their site, just jacked up the price...so wth...they have zero credibility and have had my money, interest free, for 6 weeks...but they did offer me a 5% discount on my next purchase...gtfoh...I’m not trusting these bozos with 10k+ again...lol...good luck all...

Placed order for watch listed as "in stock" on website. Paid in full via wire transfer. No update from seller in almost three weeks. Fraud?

UPDATE: Watch Rapport responded by saying I was in violation of their terms by submitting this review (?). Considering this review was solicited by TrustPilot on behalf of Watch Rapport, perhaps Watch Rapport should not solicit reviews from users if they are afraid of negative reviews.

I will update this review again if or when this issue with my order is resolved.

UPDATE 2: Watch Rapport refunded my money. Apparently they allow vendors to falsely list items as in stock with little to no oversight.

I have ordered a watch on Watchrapport and selected "payment by card". After that, I received an email that payment by card is not available at the moment. But why you still have this option on the website?
I asked 2 times about other payment options on the website but they ignored me.
Conclusion: do not buy watches from them. They're some kind of scammers, and I don't think they have watches that are on the website.
All positive reviews were written just a couple days before - think about it.

Good communication before placing the order. Poor communication after payment. One email saying it was received and that "order is in progress. No feedback whatsoever as to when I can expect the watch. Right now I'm hoping my 5 thousand dollars weren't stolen.
