Found a watch and tried contacting them but apparently they are closed fri-mon. Not only that their website and reviews says credit card accepted. I went to purchase a watch. Everything done except the payment part which is a BIG RED FLAG. Crypto or bank wire only. Where's the credit card? I called, some lady answered but was agitated by me just saying hi. They process my order and says 30-90 days for the pre order... now I'm confused. Then it says the watch will maybe look like the photo but no guarantee, um ok? What the f did I buy then? Few hours later I get payment instructions for a bank wire. WT F? They want me to bank wire them money for something they don't have to sell and want me to wait 30-90 days for them to find it. I email, they said bank wire is the ONLY method of payment. And that's why I am here right now writing this and long behold another 1 star review popped up. Avoid completely, I dont know where all these reviews came from, probably from people who'd bought cheap watches but I was buying a Rolex and it's NOT cheap with zero recourse or protection. Pay the extra few hundred and buy from a REAL AUTHORIZED DEALER WITH PRODUCT IN HAND and NOT watch rapport.

Update, watchrapport flags negative reviews. This is why there is very minimal negative reviews. They flagged my negative review.

Another update, they canceled my order saying its fraudulent after I referenced my order number that they requested citing they believe my review is false, after they flagged my review.

I tried to use their Rolex Boutique purchase option and paid for a couple nice watches they claimed were brand new for MSRP. They were clear I would have to wait for 90-180 days and I was ok with that even though I would have to pay all the money up front. About a month after the transaction went through they said they had some "difficult news to share". They had a sob story about how their transaction processor wasn't trustworthy and so they were ceasing to do business with them even though it didn't affect any of their customers but based purely on ethical reasons of how they were doing business with other companies. They informed me they were going to refund the money to my card (so use that same payment processor again that they so ethically objected to even though my transaction had posted perfectly a month prior) and that I would have to wire them the purchase amount directly. In case you don't know, you should never wire money to anyone you don't have a background with or trust completely since it is irreversible and the other person can just walk away with the money.

I asked them just to keep the money that they already had and that it was silly to refund through the same processor a month later and then ask for a wire to get it back to them.

They never responded. Thankfully my money was refunded to my card, but my wishes weren't granted and I don't think they ever have any intentions of selling anyone a new Rolex for MSRP.

I can’t go less than 1 star or I would. this is the second time i tried to use them to buy a rolex. first time was a complete disaster however, in the end they made it right. this time however, i don’t know what they’re doing

their pre order paid with a credit card on july 12. it is now sept 1 and zero communication. i have left 5+ messages and 3-5 emails to follow up with no response to any. Aug 31st i receive a message that they are having issues with wells fargo and my order is being canceled and my card will be credited. if i like i could contact them. I have almost 10 times. Nothing! then they say i can wire the funds to them. lol so my card that was ran 50 days ago has gone through and you have the money no you want me to reverse it and send more ? also the price jumps about 13,000 dollars more for the watch. I have every email, receipt order number everything. in their email this am they say not to post negative reviews. too bad. keep to your word and business arrangement. take my advice look around the internet you’ll find the same prices and get what you with out the hassle and brain damage of dealing with them. lastly, my last watch from them i was told i would receive a discount. that still hasn’t shown up. don’t waste your time here

This company is a scam. I added a watch to my cart, it was about 30K under market price. They immediately prompt me to send wire. So I asked for proof the watch is available they said it is, the seller has confirmed. Well I found the seller directly and asked them if they had the watch. Their exact words were, “they are stealing my pictures, I do not have this watch.” I provided proof to trust pilot already. Read the bad reviews. They don’t have the watches, but will still take your money while they try to source the watch.

This company is officially a scam. I have WhatsApp messages to prove it. If you have been scammed by them please contact the FBI. One of their “sellers” had pictures posted for an RM030 for about $70K cheaper than market price. Their logo was on the pictures, so I reached out to them directly. Their exact response was “this is not us, someone is stealing or pictures, it’s a scam” they literally don’t even have the watch. Not sure how this fraud is in business they want to take your wire, I highly recommend not sending them money but if you do try it out for any reason, don’t send crypto as it would be easier for them to steal. STAY AWAY !!

Edit: does everyone see this is now VERIFIED. They tried to lie and say my review was untruthful. So I sent all the screenshots to Trust Pilot. And it turns out, watch report is a verified scam. I also believe all the positive reviews are fake. I hope this prevents anyone from losing money with this scam company.

It appears to me that the hundred or so POSITIVE reviews that been submitted the last few weeks are likely fake reviews. I have purchased two watches, a Rolex Explorer and a Rolex GMT Master II. The seller communicated very well before payment was made. It has been a month now and there has been no progress on my order. I have asked for a refund and will leave the review at 3 stars for now because I will give them a benefit of a doubt. However, I will update if there are any changes to my order status (positive review if order is fulfilled, or vice versa).

At first I was very skeptical when I placed an order on this site. I did not feel comfortable that they did not honor Credit Card transactions. They only accepted bank wire.
The communication is limited and it is very hard to get someone on the phone. I got someone initially whose name was Alexandra. Then I was only able to communicate with her via text.
Nonetheless, with my limited experience, I did not get any wrong information. I actually placed an order of a Rolex and wired the money. They told me it was going to take at least 2 months.
2 weeks prior to the promised date, I was able to find the same watch on another site which took only 10 days to get it. So I cancelled my transaction with watchrapport.com. They wired the money back to me with a reasonable amount of time and without any hassle.
Therefore, for whatever reason they take so long to get you the product on their site and if you are in no hurry to wait for the product, then you may be good to go here.
In the future, if I find a watch I want on their site. I may go for it again.

I ordered an AP which was sent to authentication. I have been emailing for an update numerous times without a response from David. At first when they were getting my payment they were extremely responsive on both WhatsApp and email. My watch was promised by end of 2020.

I still have not received my watch nor can I get anyone to respond.

Hoping this will get someone to respond to my multiple update request.

As a person who has a collection of watches, I can easily say this has been one the best experiences I’ve had buying a watch. Process was very efficient and easy.. took a little while but definitely worth the wait with a killer deal!

I put an order for a watch around $20,000 and after waiting for 4 weeks, I was told that the order cannot been fulfilled. I used AmexExpress to put the order and initiated the dispute 5 weeks ago based on the customer service suggestion. Until today, the balance on my card is still not corrected as the dispute is pending investigation for 5 weeks! If you want to let a lot of money to disappear from your account and don't know when can it be back, try to buy something here.

The dispute investigation got delayed again until Jan.07.2021 based on the information from Amex Platinum card. And they have time to reply my review but no response from their customer service in Whatsapp which is nice.

Even though I had to cancel my order, but my experience working with David was very pleasant. I cancelled my order because the model I was looking for became available at an AD at my location. David assisted me in every way possible. From making sure my questions for the seller were answered to the refund process. Great assurance, exceptional service, definitely would recommend!

Just like the other reviews, I have and had a sneaking suspicion I wasn't going to receive my watch which is why i used my american express card to buy. Bought a surprisingly under-priced and highly desirable rolex and waited about two weeks to receive an email that my order can't be processed. No surprise there, money was returned which is nice (also why i used my amex), but there's something up with this site. What kind of scam it is we don't know yet, but i have a feeling sooner than later it will come out. Be Careful out there guys

I was very impressed with the response time, the answers given were honest and they did what they said they would do. I was leary about doing business online with a company that I didn't know anything about but they got on the phone with me and explained everything. I purchased a watch, sent the wire, and then needed to cancel it. They refunded my money within 24 hours and was very professional about it. I will definitely buy from them again.

Although there watch wasn't able to be fulfilled by the seller, watch rapport did a great job of communication and quickly refunded my money. Will definitely use them again
