I purchased a watch from this company a year ago. After three months and no delivery I cancelled the order. Ten months later I am still fighting them for my refund. I've given them the option to send me any watch of equal value or send a refund. I've received neither. They directed me to Midway Law firm to process the refund and they haven't done anything but give me the runaround. Watch Rapport is a SCAM.

Complete scam of a website. I spoke with someone from the site, before they processed information, to clarify if item was 100% available... of course they said it was. It wasn't. Then they don't reply back, and eventually tell you item is not available and refund you many months later. I'm not sure what they do with the money- use it to make $ off high-interest loans? Who knows.

They ALSO THREATEN YOU WILL NO REFUND if you complain on this website and claim that such actions goes against their terms. This is the email I received from them

Unfortunately they are a scam and straight thieves. They will take your money and not send you a watch. If you initiate a charge back on your credit card, they will lie and say they shipped your order. Do not do business with them.

Luckily, I didn't lose much money, but ditto what everyone else said, delay, delay, delay, B.S. and more delay. What I don't understand is why Google continues to allow them to advertise all over the place. Edit: After I wrote the review I checked and found Google has them listed as a "trusted seller" or something like that so I filed a complaint with Google for allowing them to not only continue on the site but to receive a very high position on searches.

I should have listened to the negative reviews on TrustPilot because they turned out true.

I placed an order for one watch on April 7, 2023 and then another watch on June 11, 2023. In both cases, the structure was that I paid in advance for the watch which they would then go source and deliver to me within 6 months. To be fair, there was no promise they could definitively source the watch within 6 months. The 6 months passed on the first order and then also on the second order. In both cases, I did not receive any watch. And in both cases as things stand right now, I have not received a refund despite requesting one many many times.

I engaged with customer service many times requesting a refund and either they ignored my outreach or when they did, they told me the refund was on the way and would process in 1-2 weeks. None of that proved to be true. At one point, they said the COO of the company would reach out to me which also never happened. Then I chose to escalate it and file a report with the FBI and state Attorney
General's Office. Then their legal counsel reached out to me saying he would facilitate a refund - which also has not happened.

The person who represented himself as company counsel is Marc Applbaum with Midway Law Firm. I will continue to pursue every legal alternative as at this point Watch Rapport is just stealing from me.

There were many reviews on Trust Pilot prior to my purchase sharing very similar experiences as to what I've experienced. It's ironic that I received an email from Watch Rapport just weeks ago say they are "fighting back" against what they believe are fake negative reviews on Trust Pilot. I'm inclined to believe those negative reviews are very real as I've had exactly the same experience.

My advice - do not order on Watch Rapport. At best, this is a company that makes it impossible to get refunds on orders they can't fulfill so they can carry huge float of pre-ordered watches that they have no intentions of delivering on. At worst, they are scamming people by promising watches they can't get and then stealing from these people by not issuing refunds.

Zero stars !! Company is a complete fraud. They have the nerve to send out a email saying there fighting back from trustpilot reviews . Believe what you read here ,Ordered a Tag Heuer back in the beginning of September . Never shipped , Canceled my order .. no refund , some BS there systems are down and can’t send refunds . Had to go through my CC company with a claim. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS !!!

Hey Watch Rapport please send me a cease and desist letter and let's see how it goes

I pre-ordered a Rolex in Aug and canceled within 2 days after seeing the reviews. They acknowledged the cancelation and agreed to a refund as this was within cancelation policy. However, it is Dec 22nd 2023 and I have yet to see any refund - every follow up has gone unsuccessful. I opened a dispute with my credit card company and watch rapport lied and said they already shipped the watch. I'm trying to pursue legal route now to get my $10k back for a watch I never received and I canceled within cancelation policy.

They have an "F" with the Better Business Bureau and the BBB has an alert about this company for deceptive advertising. Horrible Company. Ordered several watches from this site and they kept offering to find the watch and send it as it was not available. Well they just list watches they don't have in stock and claim they have suppliers who don't have them when they don't ship them. I eventually got my refunds when I threatened to file disputes with the credit card companies. They clearly try to avoid the credit disputes since they will lose their merchant processing if they get too many, but they string you on to hold on to the money. I don't know what their goal is? Hold your money and hope you don't ask for a refund when your watch doesn't ship months later? Oh and they threaten you with their legal department if you threaten to leave a bad review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I made a sizable purchase on 9/2/23.

When the watch didn't arrive six weeks later and the company couldn't tell when it would, I requested a refund on 10/17/23 and filed a dispute with Citi Cards. Citi issued a conditional refund.

Ten days later, Watch Rapport informed me that my order had been canceled and that they would refund my credit card. When I did not receive the refund in a couple of weeks, I contacted the company again was was told that they were experiencing a systems failure. A couple of weeks after that, I complained again, and they informed me that the refund had been made, but if I didn't receive it on my Citi Mastercard, I should file a dispute and Watch Rapport would not challenge it

Today is 12/20/23. Nearly four months after the initial purchase and more than two months after they promised a refund, I still haven't receive the money.

Said to say, Citi Bank has clawed back the funds. Each time I call their dispute team I get a sympathetic response and an assurance that they will send a message on my behalf to the "investigator."

Stay away from Watch Rapport. In 25 years of watch collecting, I have not found a more dishonest dealer.

Watch Rapport was exceptional. The Rolex was as promised and more. Ana provided personalized service. From purchase to delivery was just over 21 days. Would purchase again from them. 5 stars, easy.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Complete scam of a company. Purchased an Omega Seamaster 200. Paid by wire. I had to send countless emails after sending the payment just for them to move the order to reflect as paid, as I kept receiving automated emails that payment was still due for the order. Two weeks later, order has not moved at all to the next stage of the process which was to contact seller for the watch. I started to do some digging and saw countless reviews of WatchRapport scamming others as well, holding their money, and never producing a watch. Even horror stories of months with no refund. Further research, I was able to track down the actual watch I purchased from the actual owner/seller of the watch. He owns his own watch selling business, and I asked him if Watch Rapport had reached out to him for the watch. He said he has never listed with Watch Rapport and when I shared my purchase link, he stated they completely ripped off his photos and listed his watch for much lower than he would even be willing to sell it for. Come to find out, Watch Rapport steals listings all the time, reduce price, and post to their site. Probably to sucker folks in for a deal, that never comes, while they hold your money hostage. I am still waiting for a refund, they claim to have initiated it but I won't hold my breath. I have already filed reports with FBI Internet Crimes, FTC, and will be pursuing legal action if my refund does not hit shortly. There is probably a case for class action as well considering all the customers they have scammed, and I am hopeful resolution to everyone's issue happens. I will not stop pursuing my money and hope this company gets recognized for the fraud it is.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! They TAKE your order, collect the money, and NEVER bother to deliver the freaking product! They have the audacity to say it's unavailable and they're "trying" to fulfill the order. And when you ask for a refund, they NEVER bother to refund you and instead drag you out for months! Can you believe it? MONTHS! I freaking waited for months for a watch that they didn't even have. They kept saying that they had some freaking issue or another. And when I finally decided enough is enough and wanted to cancel the order, oh boy, the excuses started pouring in. They had freaking internal server errors and other freaking lies! Seriously?! And do you know what their best response was? "We have sent an URGENT follow-up request to the department in charge regarding your refund. We'll contact you shortly with an update." Yeah right! Like I ever got any updates. I reported those scumbags to my CC fraud department and 6 months later I'm STILL trying to get my funds back. Let me tell you, you should avoid buying ANYTHING from this website. They are not legitimate.

My product never arrived and when asked for cancellations. They indicated it has been refunded and to give them 15 business days. It’s been 2 months and 5 months since the order date and my money has still not been refunded.

Waited for months for a watch that they just not had. They were always saying that they have an issue.
I went on their order tracking system. You can track any order you'd like by entering other order numbers.Mine was 8772. I tried at least 50 different numbers. All had the same status after months: not delivered.
When I then decided to cancel the order, they found all excuses for delaying the refund, having internal server errors and other lies. Their best response: "We have sent an urgent follow up request to our department in charge regarding your refund. We'll contact you shortly with an update." Of course, never got updates even though I was harassing them.
Just started a legal action against them now.

Bought a watch after trying to find the perfect watch shortly after that I saw the same watch for sale by a seller on chrono24 after about a week of seeing the watch still for sale on chrono24 I decided to message the seller and was told by him that he has no correlation to Watch Rapport and they were trying to sell his watch WITHOUT HIS PERMISSION!!! So shortly after that, I tried to cancel my order via phone call. I couldn't get ahold of anyone and was told to email. In this email exchange, I was told my order would be canceled in 3-5 days and 15 days to be refunded. Now 5 business days have passed, the order is still not canceled, and 15 business days have passed with no refund. Will now be moving forward with a bank dispute

Another dissatisfied Watch Rapport customer who fell victim to their promise of a Rolex at true MSRP. On 03/26/2023 I paid Watch Rapoport more than $7600 with the understanding it could take up to 180 days to recieve the Rolex. 180 days came and went - nothing. Inquiries met with generic will get back to you responses. Website did not recognize my user name/password. Tried to get answers didn't get any. Cancelled order. Told 3 to 5 days for my refund. Nothing. Than I was told 30 days. Nothing Than I was told up to 10 days to approve my refund and then up to 15 days afterwards to get it. Nothing. Filed complaint with Nevada Attorney, General, Federal Trade Commission and filed a disputed transaction with my bank. If some enterprising law firms wants to initiate a class action suit - sign me up. In my opinions this entity is guilty of breach of contract, fraud and theft by deception. Stay away, stay far away from these people.

Watch Rapport is a sham company. Please read all reviews before purchasing from this group. They promised a quick refund of over $15,000 and then kept adding 15 days to the refund date. I was never able to get past their call center and my calls have not been returned. As of this date I have contacted the better business bureau and have hired a wire fraud attorney in the state of Nevada
The only positive reviews you will find on this group called Watch Rapport will be on their website
