This website is a complete scam, all they do is take the listings from Chrono24 and copy them they actually do not sell any watches they just hold your money as long as possible and will never deliver

i ordered watch on 12/27/22 and paid 100% of the value. They said that we will get it between 90-180 days. i think pre-order is a scam. They don't return my phone calls and dont deliver the merchandise. After canceling the order they haven’t credited my account for 30 days. They are using customers money and promising to deliver the watches which they don’t have.

Horrible. It’s been six weeks and I’m still waiting for my refund. Cancelled order after 30 days of no shipment. Still haven’t received a refund. Scammers and slobs over there. Horrible. Do not do business with these herrings.

This is an internet scam! Watchrapport is trying to sell one (or more) of the watches I am selling on Chrono24!
Never send a cent to these thieves!

I purchased a watch from them and when they could not deliver they held my money for almost two months. Kept stringing me along about a refund and never delivered. Thank god I paid using a CC. Back did a chargeback and returned my funds. I was going to sue them and still might to prevent them from pulling this crap again. Shop at legitimate watch sellers like Crono24, this company is a bunch of scam artists.

Watch Rapport is a horrible company if you can call it that. I've reached out multiple times to verify that they are able to provide me with a product that was guaranteed by their team by March 18th. They obviously never shipped the product and never provided a shipping confirmation or tracking number. The status provided on their website barely works, and never actually had my order updated. The order status that was provided when they did respond was different than the status on the website. The day when my order came and went, Watch Rapport stated that it was being authenticated. I've bought my fair share of watches and no watch takes over a month to authenticate. I waited to cancel my order until March 18th when my watch did not arrive and that is when the company breached their own contract because they failed to provide me with a refund within 15 business days from cancellation. I am writing this review on April 18th and have yet to receive any type of refund. Watch Rapport is failing to respond or provide me with the details of their legal team, as my attorney is trying to contact them with a breach of contract lawsuit. I will make sure to share this review across all platforms and have plenty of proof in writing to back every single point mentioned here.

Legitimate businesses— even those that operate as watch brokers— don’t operate like Watch Rapport. In hindsight, I can see I was lied to all along the way with my order. From the moment it was placed (when a message was given that for my order the watch is “available” so it is likely they will ship to me before my estimated delivery date) until literally the day I cancelled (after the estimated delivery date). During the interim, their website reported my watch was packaged awaiting pickup from the carrier and subsequently I was told on multiple occasions that the watch was with their authentication group going through inspection. When my delivery date arrived I was told not only did they not have the watch but that they wanted to charge me more for an alternative (and seemingly start the clock over on their “process”). It took three messages from me over two days to get an acknowledgment that my order be cancelled and a refund processed. We’ll see what happens but I have no intention of giving them the benefit of 15+ business days to process a refund.

Its a TOTAL SCAM...
They will email you and even answer the phone, it will go on for months and months [5 months for me!]
They cancel the purchase and keep the money.
They never refund... [even though they will promise it multiple times].
Have got the Credit Card Company involved.
SAD situ - Avoid at all costs !

Was just contacted by Trust Pilot (TP). Watch Rapport are actively seeking to discredit the negative reviews. They are making TP gather proof / evidence of what happened. Meanwhile the FAKE positive reviews are not checked.

I got suckered just like the rest of the reviews I see. Ordered a watch which they didn't have. They strung me along for months. They finally admitted they didn't have the watch and I asked for a full refund. They agreed and said it would take 15 business days. Of course it is past that time frame and they are not returning my calls. I just got my credit card involved to do an investigation. Wish I did my research before buying from them!

I have been attempting to get a reference/transaction number from Watch Rapport regarding a refund issued to me on 3/28/23 for a Patek Phillipe Watch they could not deliver on time. This was a wire transfer purchase. I have contacted them a dozen times in total between phone calls and emails for this reference/transaction refund number. The few times I have actually spoken to customer service, they have said they are escalating the matter to a manager and I will receive an answer by the end of the day. This has not happened. A transaction number regarding a refund should be readily available to the consumer to whom the refund has been issued. The lack of response, the lack of providing a reference number regarding the refund, and the many, many other reviews indicate that this company is one to be extremely cautious about using. Be careful.

Terrible company to deal with. I ordered at watch from them. They could not get the watch, and I requested my money back and I have yet to be able to get it back.

Ordered a watch Jan 28th 2023. (#6886) Delivery date was estimated for February 28, 2023. After 30 days, I inquired and realized that they were not going to be able to fulfill the order (very high chance they can’t fulfill any orders based on other reviews) and I asked for cancellation. They sent me a cancellation notice on March 6th 2023 with the following message “Your refund is processed and will take UP TO 15 Business Days to credit your account excluding holidays and weekends” okay that’s fair. It is now April 3, 2023 (21 business days) and my account is still not credited. The funny thing is they refunded my account in early February, for a discount discrepancy and it only took them 5 days to do! So I know they are capable of refunding transactions in a timely matter. I used Affirm Finance and explained to them that I will not be paying interest on a watch that wasn’t fulfilled. I have placed a dispute with Affirm and sent them emails from Watch Rapport that state the order was cancelled and refund acknowledged with their refund policy and timeline. They are not following their own refund policy! Please be aware and do not use this company ! It appears they just hold onto your money as an interest free loan. If you have used them and are now reading this review , make sure you document everything, emails , phone calls etc. Good Luck!

Bogus company, some how I ended up getting my watch after 1000 follow up’s via email, phone.

Just avoid buying from them and have a peaceful life.

I purchased a watch at the first of November and was told it would ship within 30 days. At the 30 day mark, I called and was told it was still in authentication. I was told this for several weeks before Watch Rapport finally admitted that they had never received the watch in the first place. I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. Watch Rapport alleges that it was successfully refunded, yet the card and associated account are closed due to fraud. This was communicated to them, I provided current banking info and there is no way the transaction could be successful. They are ignoring emails, I am unable to talk to an actual person and was told they have opened an investigation that has now lasted an entire month.

They are a fraudulent company who will take your money and you will have to fight for your refund when the watch isn’t delivered.

It's a scam. They hijack funds and sit on it as long as possible. It's a fraudulent business. Do not waste your time. They will be sued.

I sell watches on eBay and they steal my pictures.

I will not order anything from them again, and I do not recommend WatchRapport.com to anyone. SCAM ALERT,, Site is completely fake they just hold your money as long as possible it’s a free loan for them. ABSOLUTY RIGHT ON THAT POINT.I had same experience 3.5% charge is what they are after.. They know they can't get the watch .. They sure make you wait more than 6 months with full payment. Just found out 3.5% cancel fee. Doesn't sound like they can even get the watch . Don't be fooled by paying them like I did and get scamed..

Do not trust them. They do bait and switch. When I called the person I spoke with said you can cancel the order anytime before they receive it without penalty. Then I was told no it’s actually 3.5% to cancel. Once you pay the bottom of the receipt says “ Product photo(s) may not reflect the exact watch being sold. While the watch you will receive will be the exact same model, have the same specifications, and be in the same condition as described,”. Maybe they should be upfront and say that in big letters on their site. Then you’re told give them 30 days to find a watch that matches that description, like who wants to gamble to hope you can get a watch they feel is worth what you gave them to spend. Don’t even get how that can work. Good luck also getting a hold of them once you give them payment. Have zero to no faith in this company. If they are so legit they would easily give some a refund within 24 hours of placing an order no questions asked!!!

Ordered a PANERAI and paid in advance on my American Express. When 30 days expired, they explained they couldn’t get the watch and I ordered another watch, and paid the additional amount. Another 30 days plus passed and no watch.

I then requested a full refund. That was end of January. Two simple credit card refunds that can be accomplished in minutes. After being told wait 15 business days on Feb 3rd - still nothing. I have politely asked for a simple call back - nothing. Impossible to speak to anybody outside of 3rd party people with absolutely no authority. Lots of emails from Christian Y and Alana, but in the end smoke and mirrors.

I have involved American Express and MasterCard and can hopefully get some resolution that way.

I might add - can you trust a company whose website is filled with problems - try and pull up your order! They said "they're working on it".

Bottom line - buy from a reputable dealer and spend the extra pennys for piece of mind and security. Shame on the owners of this company for doing this to innocent individuals and taking their hard earned money.

Worst customer service, I order a watch on December 13 with an order #6528 and then they didn’t have the watch they told me to wait 6 months with no guarantee it could be more, so I asked for a refund, when this happened I started to have problems to get the money back and I asked to speak to a supervisor and surprisingly they don’t have supervisors, or they don’t allow you to escalate your concern, is just a virtual office that they transfer you when the time arrives to make your refund and return the money to the method of payment they don’t return phone calls or emails. At some point they don’t connect you with a customer service agent because they identify you with your order number. I did a refund because my watch was going to take forever and they didn’t want to return the money, so I end up involving my method of payment. I try to process the refund after 2 weeks and they didn’t do it, then I wait 45 days so that they didn’t charged me the fee, and they still charged a fee, Be careful, at first they are amable but something happens and suddenly they disappear. Awful experience.
