Great site, great experience
I wanted a daytime casual dress watch with a cream face and a leather strap. Watch depots search function quickly narrowed it down and I went with a really nice Citizen Eco drive which came in at nearly half price and they honoured a $20 voucher to make it even cheaper. Delivery was done nice and quick (and free!) so I am very pleased with this transaction. Will definitely come back for more.

Ordered a Seiko Automatic Watch and…
Ordered a Seiko Automatic Watch and gave it to my brother who is living overseas. (Item was sent overseas by a family member who put it on her carry-on bag)
I was surprised and upset when my brother showed me that the item was faulty and could not work. He brought it to a watch shop only to be told it was a faulty product. Now i have to arrange for the item to be shipped from overseas so i can claim it under Australian Warranty. Could have been prevented if they checked it before sending to the customer.

I bought a Seiko 5 SRPE75K Automatic Stainless Watch online from Watch Depot and not only did I save hundreds of dollars on the RRP I had seen in retail stores, the whole online process of purchasing with Watch Depot was seamless and very easy. Shipping and tracking was first rate and the Seiko watch itself is fantastic. Typical solid well made Seiko and with the ivory face and black highlights and black bezel as contrast it’s a beautiful watch that often gets comments.

I got a great price on my new Citizen mens eco-drive watch, plus the delivery was as per the Watch Depot delivery conditions ( 4-8 days to despatch) then a couple of days via express post. That's about as good as you will get nowadays.
