Washtower® is a family-run company established in the Netherlands in 2017. What began as an idea to design a cupboard that would mean no more bending while doing the laundry, developed into an innovative modular cupboard system for the complete furnishing of a laundry room, bathroom or utility room. This was clearly a gap in the market because only five years after launching our business, our team of four has grown to 39 colleagues and we now sell our cupboards in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, England, France and Scandinavia. We hope to soon enter the American markets as well. We want our customers to consider it a joy to do the laundry. That is why we prioritise service and quality. We always make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied. To guarantee safety, we have had our cupboards tested extensively by the German TÜV Rheinland. Washtower® sells the first TÜV-certified washing machine cupboard in Europe, which makes us really proud!

Quality is abysmal, I've recently bought from this company, don't make the same mistake as me, one of the cupboards won't even keep the back in place, and before you think it could be me making a mistake I'm no novice at flat pack furniture,Instructions are a joke nothing labled to match what instructions say. Please please don't buy this garbage.

Top Quality Product
I’m extremely pleased with my wash tower utility room units. The quality is excellent, and it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into both the design and manufacturing. The instructions were some of the best I’ve come across, making assembly straightforward and stress-free. Everything was packaged exceptionally well, arriving protected and organised, which really reflected the overall high standard of the product.
The only area I think could be improved is communication around delivery. The lead time was longer than expected, and more regular updates on when the order would arrive would have made the experience even better.
Overall, though, I’m very impressed. The quality of the units more than makes up for the delivery communication, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I’m very happy with my purchase.

ineffective glue
I purchased the Washtower a year or so ago. The Build is good and strong and for a year it was good. Please be aware though that the glue used for the edges is not good, or mine was inferior and it starts to peel and come away.
The customer service to the email requests is poor and I will be escalating.. I have replied to the offer but still a major upheaval to take out and install another as the build and install took ages around a refit of the utility room.

Products are so well made very solid
Products are so well made very solid. Easy to construct and looks great. Great communication from order to delivery. Delivery is on a pallet and will only drop to door but that is made clear when you order. Would recommend.

The unit is great
The unit is great. Delivery was a bit slow. One door arrived badly damaged but they replaced it with no fuss. They communicated really well, so issue is really only with the delivery not the product

Washtower Utility Room
I have recently bough a full wash tower set for a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and some cupboard space. The units are easy to assemble and the material quality is good but the manufacturing was in complete. We have a section of drawer that wasn't predrilled and one of the feet fixings was a blank with no thread. This was very frustrating to fix myself. To return items and wait for replacements would have been such a faff, I just fixed it myself, so I can't comment on the customer service. I reported it but by the time I provided all the info it was easier to carry out the work myself.

My only suggestion would be:- It would be really, really helpful to have numbered stickers on the flat packed items to make identification easier - it would have cut my time in half !

Top quality in every way
I liked the look and description of Washtower units and bought a Slimline 3.1 for a small utility space in a shower room. It all arrived as promised. Now fitted, it looks and feels genuine high quality, attractive, practical and sturdy. Later, I ordered a extra door with fittings and the service could not have been better. I am delighted. Not cheap but great value for money.
