Absolutely brilliant service from…
Absolutely brilliant service from Warmzilla. My parents’ boiler broke down during Christmas week, which is about the worst timing possible, but they managed to sort everything out incredibly quickly.
From the first contact, they were responsive, professional, and really reassuring. They understood the urgency, especially with it being over the festive period, and went above and beyond to get everything up and running again with minimal disruption.
The installation was smooth, the engineers were friendly and efficient, and everything was explained clearly. It made a stressful situation so much easier for my parents.
Highly recommend Warmzilla if you need a reliable and fast boiler replacement, especially when timing really matters.

Really neat install although the boiler was moved to the loft Rory the gas engineer was not phased ny anything and did such a neat job.

Had to chase the for our annual boiler service
Had to chase the for our annual boiler service. They do not automatically remind you or book in advance. When I rang to arrange service the engineer came out and condemned the boiler as unsafe. The time between my annual service date and me chasing them to arrange we were living with a dangerous boiler. When the engineer cut the boiler off he said WarmZilla would be in touch to discuss a replacement, they never did so I went to BoxT (very good service).
I would not recommend WarmZilla.

Excellent service
Warmzilla`s website gave me a good choice of boilers and made it easy to pick one. After I picked one, I sent pictures over and no costs were added on. Engineer came out and fitted on the chosen day no hassles. Excellent job done. Very happy. Would recommend.

Great communication and quick install, Scott came out and changed my old standard system to combi boiler. He kept me informed all through the job and ensured everything was completed to a high standard.

Boiler service good, everything else was poor
Where the service of the boiler was top notch, having to be at least 2 months from boiler should have been done was disappointing part of the process. Having to keep getting in touch to see when the boiler was going to be serviced was not good.

ZERO communication
ZERO communication.
Spent a grand getting an EV charger installation booked. They allowed me to book a good date.
As soon as they had my money they went quiet. Ended up having to speak to their live chat nearly every day. Excuses about suppliers letting them down, but they made no attempt to update me. On day of delivery, they say their supplier tried to deliver but nobody replied. I was here all day and nothing showing on ring doorbell.
Excuse after excuse and no communication. Even after raising a written complaint I was ignored.

I had an extremely good service from start to finish. Staff were very informative snd removal of my old boiler and installation of the new one was carried out efficiently. Overall a good experience.

Terrible service
I have home care boiler cover with Warmzilla. They have been awful. I have had a problem with my boiler for over 6 weeks now and it’s still not fixed.
It takes days for the company to reply to my emergency breakdown requests and then days more to get an engineer out. I waited 2 wees for 1 engineer.
In the mean time I’m paying a fortune in bills because my boiler won’t turn the heating off!
I’ve finally had an engineer identify the problem but have been waiting a week to hear from Warmzilla about getting the problem fixed now we know what the problem is.
Terrible service. Won’t be renewing my contract
