We had ongoing issues with our boiler and struggled a bit with contacting Warmzilla, however once we had established communication an engineer was found and came to us within a day, and our agent was extremely helpful. A good service for the price we pay.

I have used this company before and even recommended them to friends, but I deeply regret it now. Their service standards have dropped significantly.
The booking process for my recent service was a mess with constant delays. More importantly, they have failed to provide the required service reports—not only for this year but also for last year, despite my multiple follow-up requests.
A company that ignores a loyal customer’s repeated inquiries and fails to provide essential documentation is not worth your money.

A company that gets customer service. If only all companies were like Warmzilla. Just made my second major purchase with them of air con having bought a boiler off them before. I also have a boiler cover policy with them. Their prices cannot be beaten - lowest to be found but they operate a price match in the unlikely event that you find a better price - and their customer service is phenomenal. Nothing is too much for them. They respond quickly and professionally to any query you raise. They really are my go to company for the household items they offer and they should be yours too!

Do not recommend!however when engineer arrived I couldn't fault him at all.I got boiler fixed same day,despite needing to go to get a new part.Shame that response to my original query needed this feedback to get actioned.

Paid the amount we were quoted. The engineer was very nice and managed everything in a day. We were very impressed and incredibly grateful after a very cold start to moving into our forever home.

British Gas had let me down when it came to providing a quote so I thought I'd go directly to the manufacturer for a price.
Warmzilla are the national installation partners for Worcester Bosch and their pricing was very competitive and the agent I dealt with (Kian) for the quote and survey (via a WhatsApp video call) was helpful, efficient and in no way overbearing or pushy for me to go ahead with the quote.
On the day of installation, everything went smoothly and the engineer that fitted the boiler was very tidy, friendly and professional, making sure that everything was left working as it should and made sure to answer any questions I had.
All in all, this was a first rate service and I would recommend them to friends and family and also use them again if the need arose.

It would have been 5 stars but the first time the engineer was supposed to be here to service our bolier they did not turn up so I had to get back to warmzilla and report it then they made another appointment and they turned up and the engineer was very professional

From the initial contact, to arranging the appointment, and through to the installation itself, everything was handled in a professional and efficient manner. The installation was first class, and the team made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Warmzilla truly sets the standard for how this type of service should be delivered. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid if You Value Reliability and Safety
The ordering process was quick and easy, but everything after that was a nightmare. The installation was delayed by six weeks, with the engineer failing to turn up on four separate occasions. Each time I was promised a call back from customer service, but none ever came.
When the boiler was finally installed, the work was sloppy and unsafe — the chimney wasn’t fitted correctly, and the electrics were poorly done. Because of the chimney issue, smoke entered my home and made my family ill. It was terrifying and completely unacceptable.
After waiting again for corrections, I noticed a strong smell of oil that has only worsened. Three weeks later, my oil levels have dropped, suggesting a leak in the pipework, and the boiler is losing pressure too.
What should have been a straightforward job turned into weeks of stress, health risks, and constant chasing. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere until they improve their reliability, communication, and workmanship.
