I am so glad I didn’t go anywhere else to do my built-in wardrobes. Flo and his team are professional, efficient, and amazing. They went above and beyond with the work and even answered all my annoying questions no matter how mundane. I originally came across IKEAPAXHACKS on Instagram and their work seemed too good to be true. I had my hesitations about using someone off social media, but boy am I glad I did. Other companies I contacted quoted thousands more, were slow to respond and cited months long timelines. With IKEAPAXHACKS, they slotted me in within weeks, not months, and completed the work in one day. I have recommended them to all my friends and family and plan to use them in all my other bedrooms. THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AFTER NOT COMPLETING A JOB, IGNORE YOU FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS, AND WILL THEN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE WARDROBES AND IGNORE YOU AGAIN - please please do not waste your time with these people. They initially measured the space incorrectly, built the wardrobes, realised they had measured incorrectly, and promised to come back to rectify the issue. After months of chasing them and being ignored, I finally managed to get someone to come back to fix the issue. Unfortunately, the man who came back carelessly drilled a hole into our wardrobes and tried to cover it up. We were then promised (again) that someone would come back to refit a new panel that does not have a hole in. We are now 2 months on, and my messages and emails are still being ignored (with a hole in my brand new wardrobes!). Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

I was a bit anxious as I had only contacted the company after googling “IKEA design and install”, having been unable to get an IKEA design appointment; it was also a concern that they are based 2 1/2 hours away. I had however checked them out on Trustpilot so felt a bit easier about it. But from my first enquiry to completion I was very pleased with the whole experience. Liviu always responded quickly and politely to my questions, either via WhatsApp or phone. The two installers arrived on time and worked all day to install a dressing room and kept making sure I was happy with things. We now have a dressing room which looks as good as a bespoke version yet cost us half the price. Toni and Nico, the installers, were friendly, hard working and did a brilliant job and cleaned up after themselves and didn’t require a constant supply of tea and biscuits!
We would highly recommend Wardrobefy to others who struggle with planning a design and can’t use a screwdriver!! Thank you Wardrobefy - Liviu, Tony and Nico

Flo was very quick in his response back to us and came the next day after the initial enquiry to measure and design the L-shaped wardrobes. He then booked our fitting for 3days time which was amazing as other companies take weeks/months even to schedule a time. His team arrived on time and worked hard all day. They were professional and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We love our wardrobes and would happily recommend them to others.

In love with our wardrobes. Messaging through Instagram made it very quick and easy always got a fast response. All we did was sent some ideas of what we were looking for and the date got booked in for them to come and fit them. We can’t recommend these guys enough the service is incredible and they do the job very professionally and quickly.

Made an initial enquiry, Flo got back to me and made an appointment to measure and design the space. I went for wardrobes and chest of drawers. Team arrived on time and worked hard all day, cleaned up and left the room better than they found it. The finished product is fabulous. Would definitely recommend if you want IKEA flat packs to look like built in furniture. Great guys and work ethic.

After following along on IG for some time, I sent my enquiry to the team and Flo responded quickly and was actually able to visit my property the following day to measure up and quote.

He then sent me designs, altered them as needed and there was no hard sales technique etc. We were still a few weeks off being ready to install so we sat on the designs and then got back in touch when we were ready to go.

We were booked in, deposit paid and then today watched our lovey wardrobes be installed by Gabriel and his colleague.

They did a great job, were very clean and tidy and wouldn’t leave until we confirmed we were 100% happy.

Highly recommend and will have them back soon to do the next room!
