I had to change my moving date 3 times Abdul was very patient and understanding to the changes so I was third time lucky. I received a curtesy call to announce arrival in 15min. Upon arrival they immediately started the removals. I had a lot of stuff which meant they had to make 2 trips to collect the last bits. I had extra help from family and friends everything went well and the guys were careful with my furniture and very fragile stuff all left and arrived safely. I would definitely use this company again. Thanks guys.

The worst decision of my life. I hired this company to move my household goods to Greece. This was a monumental £10K mistake. He presented himself well. I was convinced he was an honest person. I’m not usually so wrong in my evaluation of a person but in my opinion, he was a very good con artist.
Snake oil salesman is a very good term for what he turned out to be. Spoke the talk but didn’t walk the walk. Presented a contract but before the end of our transaction, did not adhere to it except the part about collecting the money.
At the end of the move after several of my things were broken or ruined, he claimed, I changed the scope.
An example of his packers’ skills: I had 3 matching 30s ceiling light bowls. His packers sent them in a box with NO protection. Not the first piece of bubble wrap was in the box, just two shattered ceiling light bowls. I’ve never seen such incompetence. Yet, he blamed me for changing the scope. When asked what I wanted moved, I said, “everything”! How can the scope be changed. I had my spices put into a huge box that weighed way too much again with no protection. I had multiple rolls of bubble wrap that I bought for my personal use and offered them to use. They didn’t take me up on it.
I wasn’t asked to fill out a customs list, I looked for one myself but didn’t find one. When I informed Abdul if this he said, never mind or something to that effect. Needless to say, my one bedroom flat goods were seized by customs and took Abdul weeks to get them released. I was given notice the same day that my goods were on their way to me. It was a fiasco.
When I complained to Abdul and threatened to sue him, he circled the wagons and gave me a couple of weeks to go through the boxes and document everything that was wrong. I’m am a 71 year old woman with mobility problems. He said the problem was with customs not his packers or his company.
I could write a novel about the incompetence of this company and its staff but I’m hoping you get the idea that this would be a horrible decision if you chose to use this company.
This is my personal opinion but I am an honest person unlike the salesman I believe, knowingly, spoke wrongly and blamed me for things that went wrong until he could no longer do that.
Oh, I found out after that he’d never moved anyone internationally. It showed and I paid for it.

Right from my first contact with Moses I felt confident that moving the contents of my garden to my Mum’s garden would be ok. I had previously been quite stressed about it.
Moses was in contact a week before and a day before my move and gave me an extra man for the job which made the process much quicker. The team of Junaid, Ashir, and Umair were excellent and lifted all my heavy pots and small shed effortlessly. The were very punctual and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
I would definitely recommend this removal company.

I was in a bit of a pinch and needed to book a mover with short notice, having recently moved to Surrey and not knowing where to turn I gave Movers 247 a call not knowing what to expect. Any nervousness I had was immediately dispelled when communicating with Moses to arrange the collection of some large furniture, he was super attentive and really friendly. On the day Junaid and Shazaib turned up bang on time and quickly and courteously moved everything to its destination. Can’t flaw the service, so happy I found Movers 247, great crew of people who are trustworthy and efficient. Can’t recommend them enough!
