I got the Wanbo T2 Ultra projector and I'm very pleased with it. It's a beautiful, budget friendly, hassle free product everyone in my family enjoys. Wanbo stayed in touch all the way to ensure I received the product promptly and safely in Argentina, and even after guaranty expired, when I asked for thecnical support they offered me spare parts for free.
Excellent customer service! I will buy again without a doubt.

"I am very disappointed with the lack of resolution regarding my return for order #8925. Although the tracking information (Tracking Number: UU861530410CN) confirms that the returned package was successfully delivered and signed for in China on June 16, 2026, I have still not received my refund.

It has been over three weeks since the delivery, and I am being ignored despite my previous follow-ups. Instead of resolving this, the company continues to send me automated survey requests. I expect my refund to be processed immediately. I will update this review once my payment has been successfully returned."

El envío a demorado una eternidad 3 meses y aún no recibo mi pedido muy buena calidad y todo pero quisiera que el tima de logística y comunicación fuera mucho mejor más modernos con tantas plataformas para comunicación instantánea no veo como la comunicación es exclusiva por correos
Espero que al menos mi pantalla polarizada llegue en buenas condiciones

El proyector wambo vali 1 pro es muy bueno y estoy contento con la atencion recibida,si me hiciera falta un proyector lo compraria de nuevo sin dudar.

This is an excellent product with impressive overall performance. The only minor drawback is that dust spots tend to be visible around the lens area. Aside from this, the product delivers great quality and functionality, making it a very good choice overall.

La calidad del proyector es excelente y todo tal como lo describen, aunque tuve una mala experiencia de compra por los impuestos a la entrada del país sale muy caro el producto final, en mi opinión no vale la vena la compra, con ese dinero se consigue algo similar localmente y con la seguridad de ser local

Very disappointing experience with Wanbo support. I reported a grinding fan noise (X5 Pro) and expected basic assistance, but the team was unwilling to help. Their argument that the noise was “not tested under laboratory conditions” is concerning, as it suggests the advertised noise levels are not achievable in real use.
For me, this is clearly misleading. My advice: be cautious—cheap products can end up costing more due to poor quality and lack of support.

The wanbo vali 1 pro is a dust vacuum i don't recommend it,i got hundreds of dust spots/dots on the screen after only 8 days of use and before the wanbo vali 1 pro i had a magcubic hy350 max for months without any issues so don't waist your money here and buy something else because wanbo will just send you a unprofessional video of how to clean it with the guy in the video touching the lcd panel with his bare hands and then offer you refund of 20-30$. I was not buying a new projector to clean it every 8 days
