It's been over 40 days and my package hasn't arrived. I waited the time they told me, but when the deadline passed, they asked for even more time, and waiting over 60 days was unacceptable. I did everything they told me I could do. I asked for information on where I could call to get updates about the package, but they never gave me that information. Only after it became clear that Wanbo knew nothing did I request a refund, and it was difficult to get it approved.
