Long pick times

My flight landed at 12 AM at PHL there was no one around because everyone had been picked up. I texted twice, following directions on the card, I had to wait 35 minutes and then I finally made the phone call that took 2 minutes to get answered and then they finally sent someone. I watched every other parking lot pick up van go by at least two or three times. Then when I was finally picked up we had to pick up almost a bus full of people from other terminals at 12:40 am that had all been waiting over 30-40 minutes. This is the worst parking company with regards to pick up.

Done with Wally Park

This was the 2nd time in a row, we had to wait extended times for pick up by our car and at JAX; when the competitor’s vans had 2 or 3 pass you while at the curb. Drivers do not assist getting bags on the vans anymore, so I do not tip them. On the last 5/15 return to JAX ~5PM, this particular driver ask for my card and took off before I got to my seat, drove 50+ mph back to Wally Park, slammed on his brakes at stops. Wally Park I am a former customer!

I've been using Wally Park for a long…

I've been using Wally Park for a long time. Last year they redid their parking lots and made the aisles much smaller. There were several large trucks parked near me and it was really difficult to get out of the space. Then when I got out a bus was being serviced in the exit lane so I had to drive around the lot to get to the exit without using the exit lane.

For years I've played a game with myself of counting the amount of times the Yellow Parking Spot passed me while waiting for my Wally bus. No more

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever. Waited 45 mins at the airport waiting on pick up only to keep getting excuses on why it was taking so long. Then the driver gets there and refuses to take everyone

Very infrequent service

Very infrequent service. It's listed as every 15 minutes, but this was certainly not the case on a Friday afternoon. Besides that, the small buses fill immediately. We could not get on the first 3 that came. Not worth it!!

This place has turned into a nightmare…

This place has turned into a nightmare of a business. It seems they have tried to change the business model to employ as few people as possible. Now during checkin you have to use the kiosk to get the gate opened and there is no one anywhere to help. If you are behind someone you are stuck because of the way the drive is set up. The car in front of me got out of the car and went looking for somebody. 10 minutes or more later he comes back and could not find anyone. He could not get the gate open but finally figured out what button to hit to get the gate open. I finally go in and found a spot to park and then had to go search for the shuttle stop. They used to pick you up at the car but now they only appear to have two drivers and they are not too enthused to be there. I used to like parking here because they had room in the back for larger vehicles. Now all of those spots are used by boats and RVs and Van rentals and such. It used to be when you parked someone would give you a ticket with your location and get you on a shuttle. Now you have to track down a shuttle if there is one there. Finally at pick up you have to wait up to an hour to get a shuttle back. The first shuttle showed up full and the second was full also. Could only take Valet and not self park. Eventually the first driver showed up again (45 minutes waiting) and seemed to care less how long you had to wait. I am sure it is not the drives fault at all but the whole companies attitude towards customers has taken a serious decline. When you text them you are awaiting a ride you get an automated response with a number to call if you have to wait for more that 15 minutes. No one answers that number and the customer service mailbox is full. (They don’t care…) So last time ever for Wally Park Orlando for me. I noticed that FastPark and Park and Go seemed to have the most shuttles. They showed up every few minutes while us Wally Park customers waited and waited.

Biz at the Denver Wally Park was…

Biz at the Denver Wally Park was especially helpful. When I wasn't sure if I had locked my car before my flight he personally found my vehicle and verified that it was locked. Above and beyond! Thank you Biz!!

Trash

Trash! Waited a hour for a shuttle outside the Orlando airports none of their phones are in service! The worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental car company and shuttle. The absolute worst! No advantage rental car signs anywhere. No one know how to get there and the shuttle never shows.

I wish there was a 0 star to rate. I reserved the self indoor parking on 21 Dec 2021 and paid the premium price. When I got to the parking lot, they gave me another address to park as the lot was full. When I went to the second address, I noticed it is outdoor parking. I immediately called their office and said I booked for the indoor parking. The tone of the person was very insulting and they told me I booked through a third party and the booking does not specify it is indoor so they are not responsible. I checked my booking and it said “self indoor”. I had to park as I did not have any other option and could miss my flight. When I returned, I went back and talked to the manager and they did not even want to listen to me. This is complete fraud case and I feel they stole my money.

Didn't get what I paid for...

Used WP SeaTac a couple times in the past and it was great having covered, self park spaces with car guards. However, the last time I parked here, October 2021, despite having made my reservation a month in advance, the garage was full! Other cars had used all available medians and unofficial areas to park. After circling for over 30 minutes and finding no spaces, I ended up parking on the outside lot on the top floor. This was extremely frustrating since I paid for premium garage parking a month in advance! I sent the company a message through their site but ever heard back. If I knew I was going to end up where I did, I would have saved the extra $50 and parked elsewhere, such a shame the company traded customer service for corporate greed.

Horrible Atlanta service!

I travel often and have used several different shuttle services.

Because there was a deal on Groupon, I used Wally Park. Big mistake! This was the worst service I’ve ever seen in Atlanta. While multiple shuttles were coming by to pick up their passengers, we waited 15 minutes for a driver who sat on his phone…WOW!

Worst pick up service at the Atlanta…

Worst pick up service at the Atlanta airport. EVERY other service has multiple vehicles to arrive as we waited for ours.

The driver NEVER left his seat and had 6 passengers standing as all seats were taken (not sure that is within safety guidelines).

I do NOT recommend them!

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE

Worst experience with a parking garage. Everything went well until I returned from my trip. LAX has a specific area for shuttle pick up. When I saw the Wally Park van pass me by I then waited a little longer. Still no pick up. I called the number on my reservation only to get someone offshore (as it relates to the US) who I’m sure has never been to LAX. I was told by this person to stand by the red sign. I guess that should have been clear to me because LAX only has one red sign throughout the entire complex.🙄

Finally got picked up after flagging down the driver who mentioned my luggage was too heavy. I handled my luggage myself from then on. Oooops, forgot to tip the driver😬. Ah no, not really.

I made it back and found I was charged twice. The second charge didn’t even apply the discount that I had when I initially made my reservation so it was an over charge in that respect as well. I won’t go into detail about the “stuck” or frozen computer and not being able to get a printed receipt. The parking lot attendant said there was no manager or supervisor on duty and no one she could call because it was late. Hmmmm, imagine that and then being charged twice.

I will never, never, never use these people again. Next time, I’ll use Parking Spot where I never had a problem. Wally Park discount was not worth the trouble.

Best parking lot

I have visited Wally Park several times. Shirley is awesome. I picked up a wrong bag, she investigated and found me so I could get my bag and return the bag I picked up by mistake. Recently, I lost my key to my car at the parking lot and she allowed my brother to drop off the spare and hold it until I returned. I would highly recommend Wally Park. Ask for Shirley, she is the best.

Catalytic converter stolen at Wally Park

I recently parked at Wally Park premier parking garage in Seattle for one week while I took my family to Disneyland. Their service to get to and from the airport was very helpful. However, when we returned from our trip, we found that our catalytic converter was stolen (cut from the exhaust pipe with an angle grinder) while the car was parked in their garage. I know at least one other family at the garage the same night also had their catalytic converter stolen while parked in the garage since overheard them complaining to management.
When I talked to the Wally Park employee, she was very helpful and asked me to fill out a form for a damages claim, assuring me that someone would call me on Monday and talk with me about my claim. I also filed a police report. I never got a call back from anyone from Wally Park. When I called to speak to a representative, a very polite woman answered and told me that she could not help me, but assured me that the manager would reach out to me soon. He never did.
Today I got a letter in the mail from the company saying that the damage is my own fault because I "parked and utilized the facility at [my] own risk" and that the company "is in no way responsible" for "the commission of a criminal act" on their property. I was still charged half price for my parking. And the catalytic converter cost over $750 to replace.
It is clear that Wally Park is not a secure or safe parking garage to park in. If having my catalytic converter stolen was my fault because I assumed the risk of parking at Wally Park premier parking garage, I will be sure to avoid making that mistake again. I will no longer be using Wally Park for any of my parking needs.

Extremely long wait to be picked up and no live person to call for help.

We had used them for years and they were great/prompt/trustworthy. Now, it's a horribly long wait to be picked up. We were told by the driver that he was the only guy working that night, one driver wouldn’t stay and went home, and the other driver they let go home. An odd coincidence after reading other reviews, most everyone had the same problem. I will never use them again unless they get their act together.
