Horrible horrible service. Two locations were full and we were sent to 3rd location and we paid again. We still missed our flight.
I have used this service 4 times and…
I have used this service 4 times and every time it has taken 30 minutes to an hour to get picked up when 5-10 minutes is what is promised. And they don’t answer their phone and refuse to make it right. Then when it finally came it was completely full and there was no room to sit and the driver almost got in an accident and threw all the passengers toward the windshield.

Waited forever while other bus services came and went over and over. Will never use Wally Park again.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! When we arrived our code would not work. The attendant was very nice, clearly saw pass was valid, so let us entered.
Upon leaving, once again the code would not work. But this attendant would NOT let us out, even though it was clearly a valid ticket. Texted her manager, who said we would have to pay again and we "might" get a refund. So I paid. Got home and emailed manager who said "corporate accounting department" has turned down my request.
Just to be clear: I have been going to Atlanta airport on business & pleasure for over 35 years, parking in almost every lot. I have experienced ticket problems a few times but they were always handled with a smile. This is the first time I had to pay twice.
As I tell this story to friends, they have also had problems at Wally Park

I was traveling international last week and Nicholas Watson was very talkative and had on enjoyable music. I hope I have him for a driver again when I travel next month.
second time this happened at the Jax…
second time this happened at the Jax facility——scanner had trouble reading the code—so I got double billed. There is a “Helpline” which takes you to a voicemail—??? In there effort to automate—they have lost me. Never any luck reaching someone in the office—everything rolls to the shuttle drivers—

Choose any place but WallyPark
If you have another choice, take it. We arrived into ATL yesterday, followed the instructions to text the shuttle at bag claim and still had to wait for about 25 min for a pick up. While we waited, multiple shuttle buses for the competition passed us waiting, repeatedly. All the other remote parking companies had shuttles come by every few minutes, sometimes 2 waiting to pick up customers. Meanwhile we waited and waited and waited. I would share a photo below but there is nothing to share. Spend a little more and pick anyone but WallyPark. This was my first and LAST time to use WallyPark.

Bad experience from start to finish especially pickup. Wally park shuttle picked me from domestic terminal almost after an hour.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Waited over an hour for a pickup at the international terminal. We were lied to multiple times about a shuttle being dispatched to pick up our family. When the driver finally arrived, he was rude. I would NEVER park with this company again.
We are very patient people and it takes quite a bit for me to be willing to post a negative review of a company.

I parked at LAX what great service, clean quick efficient, and exceptional staff. great Hospitality
LOUSY SECURITY at Indoor parking. CAUTION! Lousy customer service.
Indoor parking. But, BEWARE...the security is awful! My car window was smashed and items stolen from the car. Wallypark said several others were broken into. Said it's not uncommon. I discovered the damage upon return from a trip, no note or anything from Wallypark (such as "we discovered the window damage on XX date, please come to the office")...so I go to employee on duty and they say fill out this claim form. I spend the time to fill it out; they also say a police report was filed (it wasn't--why not?!). In the end (a MONTH LATER) I get a curt letter from their insurance company saying "sorry, not our problem". It's JUST LOUSY service, from beginning to end. I WAS (past tense) a loyal wallypark customer but no more...they have ZERO customer service and ZERO responsibility.
Refused entry despite having reservation but still charged!
I made a reservation to park on my last trip but when I got there, I was greeted by a large sign saying there was NO PARKING and the attendent said they were full. As Seinfeld famously said, "I don't think they understand how reservations work". To make matters worse, they charged me for the full amount and haven't responded to emails or phone calls to get a refund so I need to dispute the charges with my cc company.
Their service has been getting worse in the last few years and after this, I am done parking at WallyPark and suggest others avoid as well.
Shout out to SeaTac Park who was able to accommodate me at the last minute
After getting out of the International…
After getting out of the International Airport when my husband called them to pick us up it was 8:05 pm the lady on the phone said that they stopped their last service .
I called them back stating that it says the last service is at 8:30 so she asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager
Seems like the manager was the last person driving the Van ,
she was extremely rude and told me it would take her 1 hour to pick me since they just left at 8:13 which makes no sense since we were waiting outside since 8:05 pm

Stolen Catalytic Converter
Parked for three days, came back to a stolen catalytic converter.

We parked here for 8 nights in late September. Overpriced and undersrrved. Dedpite texting we esited 45 minutes to be picked up seeing shuttlrs for vitually every other setvice pass us while waited at the designated spot. Never again!

Never Again
I have parked with WallyPark twice at SeaTac outdoor lot. Both times we had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for a pick-up - which NEVER came. Only when we complained to the driver of the shuttle to their covered lot did we get a ride back to our car, although that shuttle driver was not supposed to take us. And many others had the same issue - some took a taxi to the lot. The app button to request a pick-up did nothing. Never, never again.

Would give a zero but the guy who got us to the airport was good. The pickup was a nightmare. One packed bus. Driver got bus stuck. The APP doesn’t save the bar code to exit when the APP is closed. The driver said I just can’t get my car out. No. Office workers at night to help. Call for help and you get the same bus driver answering. PHL division sucks!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Another case of overpromising and under delivering
This place falsely represents that they send a shuttle every five minutes and we waited over 20 minutes for a shuttle, and my boyfriend didn’t get on the shuttle because there is such a huge surge of people trying to get on, and now I’m stuck going to the car without him and without his car key, I will never take Wally park again! We also saw the parking spot shuttles drive-by - at least five of them before we even saw one of these terrible Wally shuttles! Further, on the way out here, they were disorganized, and we waited a while to get on a shuttle to get to the airport.
