Incomplete transaction
To start, the process worked quite well. I was asked to provide a wage slip, and after that I was sent a verification code, however when I entered the code it said there was no incomplete transaction. I never got the money though.

I have looked into your case and can refer you to this part of our application process guildline:- "if or when loan agreements are approved by us, customers will need to sign their agreement online using the same details as they put on their initial application. If not, the application will expire and cancel."
