Application was quick and easy to fill in plus they asked to check a recent bank statement so atleast they are making sure that you are able to pay the loan back instead of just taking people's word for it.

After complaining about unaffordable …
After complaining about unaffordable lending they refused to do what the Financial Ombudsman Service suggested they do to put things right! They fought the complaint at every turn! Showing no remorse for miss treating customers! They are now trying to remove this review stating I wasn't a customer tho I had 18 loans over a 12 month period!
Quick update, the financial ombudsman seevice upheld my complaint. Ordered them to pay back all interest on 14 of the loans. Once again they have dragged there feet about handing the money over! I've now had to take this up with the FCA.
