Friday 11th December around 2 pm- Westfield Stratford City. (Fair skin, dark hair, medium build) Lady at the front was chatting away to two customers and had her back to the door so my friend and I had no idea she was working there and therefore we started entering the restaurant at which point she turned around and said “Where are you going” in which I replied with “to eat” and then she said “Aren’t you going to join the line” and I apologised straight away, as I didn’t realise there was a line because it was only the two ladies and she had her back to the door and was facing them chatting away. She ignored my apologies and rolled her eyes at me! She then let the two ladies enter (one was not wearing a mask), she was speaking very rudely and told us to put our masks on. This is horrible customer service. Never felt so uncomfortable! People like this should not be hired.

I absolutely love the food at this place! The last time I went was with my sister during the period when each meal was 50% off its original value. This, of course, led to us having to queue outside the restaurant for around 30 minutes before entering. The servers there, however, were very fast upon being seated and were welcoming and overall made the experience enjoyable. The seating arrangements had been altered so that only half the volume of customers could be seated at a time, which is why the queue was so long. The meal was excellent for the price. I ended up ordering the yasai katsu and it was around £5... truly a bargain for the size and quality of the dish.
Their app also helped in paying at the end of the meal. This definitely helped to minimize the amount of unecessary interaction between us and the waitress.

Great food I’ve only ever had 1 bad meal because the noodles were undercooked slightly and the manager at the time offered me a fresh dish and comp’d the meal for me as an apology! I love the food, the flavours and the drinks!

Great food, i love eating here, I go to many of the wagamamas restaurants and the issue is always the same (worldwide 😂) the service is always slow and the serving staff are always slow.

No where near as good as you think it will be

I went to wagamamas in Leopold Square, Sheffield, about 5 months ago, but only now have I found TrustPilot and i HAD to review.

I noticed they did gluten free, which is amazing, as i have coeliac disease.

The staff were fully aware i could not have gluten, i mentioned it on the door, and to the server and the manager.

I ordered some sort of miso tasting broth thing with pork on the top and unfortunately i can't remember what it was. I felt absolutely sick as a dog, my food had either been cross contaminated or the chef had ignored the fact that i could not have gluten.

I had to leave after about fifteen minutes after consuming the food because i felt that sick. I did not want to make a scene so me and my boyfriend just went back to his.
I feel like people with gluten allergies are not taken seriously, it is not a fad diet, i have a disease which means i physically can not have it.

It was so unacceptable and when i rang up to complain about an hour after i had left, the phone was engaged twice so i just left it, i felt too bad to bother.

Got the pad Thai to take away for lunch, not bad portion size a bit on the small side, was very hungry a bit later.

Love the concept, staff and firecracker prawns.

Food was great however there was a waiter in Milton Keynes xcape called Adam, he was by far the most polite, funny, and brilliant waiter I've ever had, was on the ball and he really knew customer service!! Me and my friends left very happy 80% because of him.

Nice fresh food that comes out quickly

The food is always good but in these days of mountains of plastic going into landfills large black plastic bowls are not acceptable. Go back to cardboard containers. It has put me off ordering from you

Great service and very accommodating to my wheelchair ^.^
Delicious Food as well! LOVE the Duck Gyoza & the Ebi & the ice cream & the ribs & well ... all of it really!
They even had the great option of splitting the bill so my friends could pay separately ~ Very handy!
Hope to be able to go by them again!! (They have take out & delivery but not in my living area but they have take out & collect too...)

I've been a fan for over 10 years so was thrilled when they finally came to my hometown. Chicken Katsu curry, you cant beat it.
