Everything was absolutely perfect. The rental car was very clean, comfortable, and in great condition. The entire process ran smoothly no issues, no delays, and no surprises. No hidden fees at the pickup. Their price includes insurance and liability, which is hard to find. Amazing customer service experience before and during the trip. They track your flight to make sure to be there at the right time. My phone had died during the flight, so we were late for the pickup, but the rep Alex patiently waited for us where other companies probably would've cancelled or charged us. Flexible for the payment and the dropoff/ pickup locations. Do yourself a favor and rent your car with Vroom.do, I will make sure to do business with them again if I ever come back to the Dominican Republic.

Very Professional! Helped us to rent a car for our vacation. We were pleased with the Kia we rented. Prices were fair and they did drop off and pick up the car from our resort which saved us a cab ride and extra time/ money. Communication was great and they returned my messages quickly. Easy process and we will be renting a car from Vroom DR for our next visit. Thank you!!

Abbiamo noleggiato una Kia Picanto per due settimane partendo da Punta cana. Alex è stato molto disponibile, abbiamo ottenuto un prezzo contenuto e nessun problema. La macchina ci è stata portata in hotel e abbiamo potuto restituirla in aeroporto. La macchina era in ottime condizioni!
