I had originally wanted to purchase some items, but had been avoiding ordering because of international shipping fees. After reaching out to them, I got a response within 2 hours offering me a heavily discounted shipping cost.

Within a day the order was shipped, and I received it (in Canada) in just over a week. Very positive experience overall, would definitely purchase again.

dont waste your time/money.

if you think the python kit is sitting there ready to ship,,,, it is not.
if you think the py enclosure panels are ready to ship they are not.
if you think you are going to save time/money with voxel your not.
same scam over and over.

I ordered my Python kit on March 5. I received a partial shipment on March 31, despite a promise of same-day shipping and a March 19 promise of 1 to 2 day shipping for my inconvenience. My box says 2nd box to follow, but I have received a message from Voxel that the order is complete and delivered. So I have an incomplete Kit. Voxel has yet to reply to my emails. The company and its representatives are untruthful. Order from them with extreme caution.

I ordered their IKEA lack enclosure kit, which is essentially 2 tables, some 3D printed parts and plexiglass. It was advertised to arrive within 2 weeks. After 5 weeks and multiple emails I finally had tracking information. The package that arrived only contained the 3D printed parts. No tables, no plexiglass. How are you going to ship an enclosure without any of the components that make it an enclosure? I was told the remaining parts are coming in a future package. Following more emails and multiple weeks I got another shipment. This time I received the tables and plexiglass, except I was missing all 8 table legs. It has now been over 2 months since my order and I still do not have my enclosure. This has been the worst purchasing experience in my entire life. 0/10 would not recommend.

PS the quality control for the 3D printed parts was garbage and I'm extremely disappointed in the quality

3D community, buyers beware. It took 1 month to get my order, and I had to pick it up at the post office because they would not deliver it the box was covered in some kind of acid. And the filament luckily was in plastic otherwise it would of been no good,so I hope. Bottom line is don't wast your time with voxel. Forgot to mention because of all the wait time we had over 48 orders cancelled. And they only offered a 10.00 gift certificate.

2nd order from them and they are awful at making sure all items are accounted for again. They will lie and try to scam you out of parts if you don't push them to get what you ordered fully in the first place. They have good filament, but everything else is awful and scummy the way they do business.

11 days since ordering, no response no product but finally got a tracking number. Package hasn't been shipped or received by mail but I have a number. Struggling to give them a 1 star as I've already ordered everything from Amazon, received it, printed the rest...it's a bento box and 3 filters, 2 weeks no update is unprofessional and theres no excuse. "Ships within 1 business day"
Worst experience in a decade. Won't return or recommend

I ordered their hardware and enclosure kit for the Python AMS unit at the very beginning of January, along with some filament. The filament was out of stock, they said they would substitute a different color.

I received instead 3D printed parts for the Python Unit and Enclosure. No hardware, no enclosure panel, no filament.

Support tried to get me to take the 3D parts for a "discount", even though I already have everything printed and waiting for the hardware and panels. The packing slip even had the filament listed on it, and there was no filament inside. I told them no, I want what I ordered.

A few weeks go by, and there is no movement on the tracking. It still to this day says awaiting package from shipper. I sent them this information, so they tell me they will create a new one, but it won't be until the 17th due to the panels. I ask if they can send the hardware separately, and that did arrive, but still no tracking info for the panels, and still no filament.

I just sent them another email...

This company is a full on scam.

6 Orders totaling over a thousand dollars. Huge delays, 3 out of the 1st 4 orders had wrong filaments sent. The latest 2 orders had shipping labels created on Feb. 17th they sat with no updates until this morning, and I'm supposed to get them March 4th. 15 days? While customer service has been quick to offer store credit to cover for their screwups, what is the point of a store credit that you have to wait weeks to get an order? I run my 3 printers 24/7 and when I order filament, I need it in a reasonable amount of time. The filament is good, but nothing spectacular, and moving forward, I will look for better options. Maybe sometime in the distant future I will try VoxelPLA again, but it's going to be in the DISTANT future.

I ordered the Python AMS kit (Hardware + Enclosure panels) from Voxel PLA. Unfortunately, problems started almost immediately.

Their site says it will ship within the next business day, but they didn't ship my item out until I messaged them a week later asking about the shipping status.

They apologized and told me they have a backlog. I am okay with this by itself, but when I received the package, parts were missing.

The 4 608ZZ Bearings for the spool holders were not in the package, the TPU gears they sent me were for an older version of the AMS (The listing says its for the 1.0.4 version, but the TPU gears sent were for the 1.0.3 version, which are not compatible with 1.0.4).

In addition, there were not enough M3 screws to complete the build (even if not using the option mount points).

When I messaged support about the missing bearings and the TPU gears, they wanted to know if was going to order something so they could just throw the 608ZZ bearings in with the new order. I said no, and they said they would ship the bearings separately.

For the TPU gears, they just said that they would provide me with the 1.0.3 STLs for the printed parts, which doesn't help me because I already printed out the 1.0.4 parts when I placed my order based on the listing on the site. I ended up printing my own TPU gears instead.

Two major concerns here are that the listing for the product is not accurate, with older parts being sent (most likely because they want to get rid of old stock) and shipping claims not being met.

While I was able to compensate for the issues here, as a buyer, I would like VoxelPLA to put more effort into QA and Support.

What shall I say? Real great and friendly service, hope I will see Voxel PLA distributing from the EU soon.

VOXELPLA makes quality filaments but operates under deceptive pretenses and has very poor customer service. They heavily advertise same or next day shipping. However, every order I have placed gets a label generated same day then does not ship for 3-4 weeks. Only after repeatedly contacting customer service do they actually ship the items. On one occasion they claimed USPS "lost" the package. Per multiple customers on Reddit this is a common excuse they use. If USPS is truly losing so many packages why do they not switch carriers? I cannot recommend buying from them until they correct these practices.

Ordered a bento box air filter along with some pair parts for it. The product itself works well and eliminates all smells generated during 3D printing.

The only issue is that the website claims: "All orders before 2pm Pacific Time will ship the same day. Typically, US shipping takes 2-5 days to arrive." Additionally product pages mention "same day shipping" as well. However, while the shipping label and tracking number were created on the same day, the package was not received by the courier for around a week based on the tracking information. So while the site claims same day shipping, products have a delivery time of 1-2 weeks.
