Crap company that doesn't care about the customer
Charged my CC immediately, but 10 days in USPS has still not received package. Label is printed is not the same as shipped item no matter how much they wish it is. Customer service number does not ring thru and 1st email was answered in 2 hours saying my order would ship in 2 days, 2nd email has no answer. Website claims same day shipping, obviously BS. At this point I don't care how good their products are, would never do business with them again.
Update, Finally received my order and I'm happy with the products, but that whole shipping debacle and lack of customer support has left a bad taste in my mouth and I'll be shopping elsewhere. Almost any other company (Amazon, Bambu, Polymaker, Elegoo, etc) does better than this, there is no excuse for this horrible experience in this day and age.
Deceptive Shipping, Inconsistent quality
Filaments advertise to ship within 2-5 days. It took me 4 months to get my shipments. I asked about the shipments every few weeks and they kept telling me they would ship by the weekend. I asked 4-5 times and gaslit me with this response for months. I'd rather they just say that they don't know or tell me it's a month out so I can get an accurate date.
The spools are also very commonly broken and wont work in AMS systems. Colors are also not consistent, with one roll of a color being different than a second roll, meaning that continuing a print when a first roll is used up is a no go. Many rolls also have striping patterns, in which they alternate between darker shades to lighter shades.
Dishonest and fraudulent
Dishonest and fraudulent business practices. At the time of writing, you can't navigate VoxelPLA's website without being told numerous times that "All in-stock items ship same-day". While they will send you an order-shipped email the same-day, that doesn't mean anything when the tracking info sits at "label created" for weeks. After contacting them about this, they apologized and explained there was a "defect" in one of the items and would ship part of my order out ASAP and then ship the rest out the following week, and additionally they "applied a $10 credit to my account" (no credit was applied to my account).
Interestingly enough those "defective" items remained in-stock on their site during and after my communication with them, still advertising "same-day shipping" even directly on that specific product page.
Fast forward two months and I haven't received the rest of my order. Upon following up again (since it's my job to remind them to ship my items lol) they told me that it "has already shipped. The package might have been lost." But refuse to provide me any tracking info or any way to identify the courier it shipped with. In my prior communications I did specifically ask for updated tracking information for both orders when they ship (really felt the need to clarify this expectation - not that it ended up making a difference...)
In a vacuum this may be a blunder, but given their track record and the plethora of similar reports, I feel genuinely confident that this is a poorly run, deceptive company. I legitimately do not understand why they refuse to just admit a fault and be honest during any portion of my interactions or any of the others I've read online. Mistakes happen, issues arise, deadlines can't always be met - but dishonest customer support is what really turns me off from a business.
Deceitful Business Practices
The entire 4+ month experience was full of lies and deceit. In the end, I still have no idea if they are able/willing to fulfill my order or not
Kept getting put off, then non existent shipping. Trying to get $ back.
Ordered a few products. Two weeks later they hadn't even shipped. The company wrote and told me they would be shipping immediately. A week later it STILL hasn't shipped. Three weeks and they've stopped responding. Really disappointed.
Deceptive shipping claims on out of stock parts
First time ordering from Voxel - They've delayed the parts multiple times despite stating "same day" shipping in multiple places on their site. Multiple emails later and the parts that were supposed to ship out same day have yet to ship or be updated. The parts are clearly not in stock and they just kept making empty promises to string me along the whole time.
Terrible customer service and shipping
They have extremely deceptive information on the timeliness of their delivery. I placed two orders, one of which was supposed to be same day shipping, which I expected to arrive in just a few days. Three weeks later I was contacting their customer service to find out where my packages were at and when to expect them. It said that customer service normally responds within 1-3 hours. Two days later I got an answer back stating that the packages had been shipped. I ended up getting the first package about three days later. As of the time I am writing this review, I still don't have the second package. It has been over a week since the other one arrived and I ordered them within a day of each other.
Now, regarding their products. I am about 75 percent happy with their filament. It has a good color quality and their print stability is moderate. I have used them for about 5 prints thus far, and only twice have they had problems. In each print, their recommended settings have been used, and proper preparations have been made before printing. I noticed that in each case that there was a failure, it has been with the same purple roll each time. I think that roll may have some issues.
I don't plan on using them again, simply because their shipping and customer service are extremely lacking. Had I needed their filament for an actual project with a deadline, I would've been screwed.
They have some interesting stuff but…
They have some interesting stuff but the shipping experience leaves a lot to be desired. The same day shipping is flat out deceptive and after they print labels, the package doesn't go out until several days later. In the time I (NJ) last placed an order from Voxel (CA), I have received 3 shipments from Bambu and Biqu out of China, all ordered AFTER Voxel.

I echo the same issues they claim this am that and ask me to wait a few days for arrival and a month later still no filament. I am so disappointed with them I want to support US filament production but the false and deceptive practices make it very hard.

False shipping claims
They claim they won’t have shipping issues any longer because they have a USA facility. I ordered filament on 10/2. I’ve gotten two bogus shipping notifications and zero help from customer support. The filament is good if you don’t need it for 8-10 weeks, if not longer.
Lies about inventory, shipping, and refunds. Stay away!
I ordered 5 spools that the website all showed being in stock. The next day I got an email saying my order had shipped, along with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. The package never showed scanned, but I waited for a week until the day after it was supposed to be delivered and contacted the company. That was when they admitted that they didn't have them in stock at all, and asked if I'd like a different color. I said no, I just want a refund. After offering me a discount that I refused they claimed to refund me. After waiting another week with no refund, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Voxel disputed my dispute, and are still 5 weeks later claiming they refunded me (but the screenshot they sent still said pending).
They lied about what colors were in stock, lied about my order having shipped, and are continuing to lie about my refund.

Great Filament but Very Unreliable Order Fulfillment
I love their filament but for the past several months have been extremely disappointed with their order processing. As soon as I place an order I receive a tracking number leading me to believe that the order has shipped. Weeks go past without the order being shipped and no communication. When I email for a status I receive "it will ship today", but no shipment. Their website does not accurately reflect their inventory. "In stock" does not mean it is in stock.
Not able to ship orders on time during multiple occasions
They were good to fulfill orders I placed in 2024 and this year are just really bad. Three orders this year and they were not able to ship as promised on any of them. Even items showing on the website as ready to ship are not shipped. Nice customer service but only to explain why they are not able to ship or to ask you to wait another week, then 2. Don't water your time and money.
Terrible
Well I am unfortunately giving them 1 star even tho they deserve 0 stars. I ordered a product 2 months ago. They shipped out the prior version, not what I ordered. I have had to fight and fight to get what I ordered and I still don't have it. They created a shipping label and provided me tracking 2 weeks ago. Then provided me a refund due to it taking forever. I just found out today that they canceled my order due to the refund. But how if they supposedly shipped it out 2 weeks prior. Liars! Don't trust.
Didnt ship and ghosted when refund requested
Place my order and got the invoice with a tracking number the very next day.
The day before it was due to arrive to me i checked the tracking and it said UPS hadnt even received it yet. Confirmed with Voxelpla and they said they hadnt shipped it yet and they didnt know when they would. Requested a refund as i wasnt willing to wait an unkwown time. They said yes in email and i expected to receive that back within a few days. Tried to email again to confirm when the refund would be processed and now i get no replys to emails at all. Be careful with these guys as ive seen very good reviews for these guys and also very bad.

I ordered an ams python 1.05
I ordered an ams python 1.05, enclosure, and bento box on Feb 20th. I told them that I understand it would take time and to just be honest with me when it will ship. I got an email from them saying it would ship on the 23rd or 24th. Never got anymore information so I contacted them then they assured me it would be shipped on the 28th. A week after not hearing anything and the tracking number that I was given was still in pre-shipment I contacted them again. Each time I contacted them I said just be honest with me and let me have accurate information. This continued to happen 3 times until I said that I wanted to cancel my order of around $200. They ended up finally shipping my order. First box came about a month later March 20th second box came beginning of April. So I was supposed to get a Python 1.05 and what was sent to me was 1.04 or earlier. So I ended up printing about half of the ams conversion kit myself anyway to make it 1.05. My Bento Box was missing the adapter which the shipped out right away that's the only reason I give them 2 stars rather then 1. I finally got my full order today April 8th. So between being told lies and not getting the right version and having to print about half of the ams conversion kit myself. I would not recommend or will use this company again. They didn't even try to offer anything for compensation. If they had I would have given them a better rating.
