I put a claim in for tool insurance…
I put a claim in for tool insurance over 4 months ago, because I did not have receipts for tools I have collected over the years or photos I was made to feel like a liar when they were stolen, it has not been a simple process, I'm fairly furious, I doubt my claim will be paid out, I have not heard from them despite being a client for over 8 years and NOT one claim made, I will be leaving this serivce and going through a broker next time

I’m really sorry to hear how frustrating this has been. Having tools stolen is stressful enough, and it’s not okay that you’ve felt unheard or questioned during the claims process. I’ve followed this up directly with claims, to understand the delay and what’s needed to move things forward.

Wasn’t difficult to firstly follow the website setup, but then even easier to back that up by talking to a employee who was clear and helpful.
