Viz Insurance Great For The Handyman
Viz Insurance was very straight forward, easy to understand and apply. It has the right amount of cover for my needs as a handyman and I can increase that coverage as my business grows with cover for other needs such as my tools etc. Definitely recommend you take a look at Viz Insurance.

Hey Brian, you're right - this was our error. We recently updated our payment system, and some card details didn't carry across correctly. The email we sent regarding this should have been clearer about that, and we didn't intend for it to come across as passing the blame. The gentleman who assisted me, KOBY was absolutely exceptional. He was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly uplifting and supportive throughout the entire process. He made what can usually feel like a stressful task such an easy and enjoyable experience. What really stood out to me was his encouragement when I spoke about my business. Instead of saying “if” my business grows, he confidently said “when,” which genuinely meant a lot and left a lasting impression. He also took the time to explain how I could add more people onto my plan in the future, which I appreciated.
I also have to mention how kind and sweet he was, I kept calling him “Toby” during our conversation, only realising later from the email that his name is actually Koby. He handled it so politely and never made it awkward, which I later appreciated😭😂.
It’s rare to come across someone who combines great customer service with genuine positivity and encouragement, and I truly appreciated it.😊
