This company needs to be shut down in every country in which it "operates". I've had nothing but difficulty with them in every way possible. I'm in Canada and I'm reading the reviews from the U.K.. it's sounds to me like this is their M.O. no matter where you are if you're forced to deal with these ass%oles.

Tengo poco con la empresa... hasta ahora todo bien... el plan anual es el más bajo que he encontrado, aun que no es la razón principal por la que me cambié, tampoco niego que es un plus... pero con la otra empresa no tenía señal en el metro y eso me estresaba mucho... no pierdo nada con probar... los cambios son para mejorar... espero

AT&T don't care they have a crap mobile service that was once BT CELLNET now that's gone it's ridiculous trying to speak to anyone they come from the ANNE ROBINSON SCHOOL OF RUDENESS so the solution is simple if you're out of contract place a lovely little CEASE ORDER with them and sign up with EE but don't use Vodafone or KCON as the are rubbish too but tell AT&T TO GET STUFFED!

Not only does their support suck, they literally don't want to help you. There is no support. We've called 10 times, 10 different people, they all hung up after a few minutes. Worse, the wait time is horrendous.

Impossible to get hold of anyone to pay off my mobile contract and change to a different provider. Avoid at all costs. Iv filed a complaint which says i should get a response within 48hrs (that would be a miracle)

Impossible to speak to in regards to cancelling agreement, the 02 part was very simple but kept being sent all over the internet and phones with no assistance or help, just as poor service as their internet

Signed a year SIM only and finished after the period. End it and they kept demanding charge. Then put 3 months rental to ruin my credit score. Avoid

I have totally regreted switching from Etisalat to virgin. I am outside UAE. I have to urgently get mobile data but I can't. For some reason the mobile data stopped working all of a sudden. The support Nagi R has been horrible taking decades to respond to me, mentionimg that he has high volume of chats, and all the troubleshooting can't fix my problem. Virgin Mobile is becoming very expensive, very bad support and taking their customers for granted. I will switch back to etisalat

Fraudulently charged my credit card $300 all over $5 I forgot to charge due to the plan increasing. Their customer service said they would waive the charge, yet never did and wouldn't just let me pay the extra. After 3 months of not having service, I got fed up and did a charge back with my CC company. That put me on Virgin's fraud list and their Finance department told me I owed that $300, nevermind the fact that the service at the time was $45/month. Only when I contacted the BBB did my service get restored and I promptly cancelled and switched to another carrier. I see they went out of business in the US, good. They are a terrible company who steals people's money and the then tries to extort them.

Scammers. Told me to go ahead and use my data whilst they were fixing my virgin media WiFi. Promised to refund me. Ended up charging me £200 with no refund and rude customer service when trying to negotiate it back

selling me a mobile phone that only lasted 14 months and making me pay the rest of the contract yet forcing me to buy another phone to replace the broken one. Even after telling me that they would replace it.

Contacted Virgin Mobile today because I need to find out when my contract finishes for my handset loan. Most unhelpful customer service adviser telling me I had still had 3 months left which o dont agree with so I asked for a copy of the loan agreement ansmd my contract. She kept telling me it was now the responsibility of o2 which it isn't. The airtime plan is with o2 after the merger last year but on my o2 account it states that my handset contract is still with virgin mobile. Rude and unhelpful and now feel like they can whistle for their money until they send me a copy of the loan agreement

The service is really very unstable, one day you have 40Mbps speed, the next you have 800Kbps... Lately low speeds have been frequent. Furthermore, access to technical support is terrible, it's difficult to talk to them...
