I’m disappointed to say the least
I’m disappointed to say the least. The colour on the rope chain I bought is dull and dark. It doesn’t look like 18k gold. So much so, it’s in the drawer and not going to get worn. It’s a decent weight but that’s about it.

Hi customer.
We unfortunately have no record of you placing an order with us, with no reference to you making any contact with our customer service team. However I am more than happy to help you here.
We can assure you, each of our pieces are finished to the highest standard and our rope chains are one of our best selling pieces, that consistently receive incredibly positive feedback on their shine and finish. We also use real 18k gold or 14k gold dependent on each piece, so each of our pieces look exactly the same as solid gold pieces, as they are finished in exactly the same way.
As outlined very clearly across our website, we offer a full returns policy that allows any customer to return their items to us for a full refund. So if you are unhappy in any way, your piece can be returned for a full refund.
Should it be possible for us to be of any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our customer services team on sales@viragelondon.com
Have a great rest of your day.
Thanks,
Jack

Excellent product.
I bought the 5ml Cuban chain on a whim to see the difference between my real gold chain and this product.
It's that good I've honestly sold my real chain for £1,100
Win,Win.

I've been using Virage products to add the finishing touches to outfits for a while now. The pieces never look cheap or tacky, and the low prices make it fun and affordable. There is definitely a real worry factor involved in walking around with expensive solid gold jewellery (loss, damage, theft!) Virage products allow me to get the look I want without the extra hassle :)

The necklaces and the bracelet that l…
The necklaces and the bracelet that l bought from them.
Are very beautiful and well made. I have given 2 of the necklaces away to my son and daughter in law.
They both loved them. I am wearing the bracelet. That l got from them. The day l received the item. I put the bracelet on. And that is probably 2 or 3 weeks ago now. And I haven't taken it off.
I would honest and truly recommend buying from them. Great service and very quick delivery service. With out any problems.
Thank you very much 😊.
Robert Pritchard.
