Very poor service and very high delivery costs.

Got a sample which showed the product to be white and the photos on the website showed very fine marbling effect. The laminate we received has vey big grey splodges which look like paint has been thrown over the sheet, nothing like the photos on the website.

The delivery costs are very high - £40 on an order worth £70 - and returns have to go back to separate warehouse at the customer's expense which makes it economically pointless.

Website also doesn't seem to work properly with some areas being unresponsive.

I wouldn't use this site again.

I m ordered a few samples, but didn't come

Quality of the flooring was good, no damages. The delivery driver was brilliant. My delivery was meant to be on a Wednesday, stayed in all day, didn’t arrive. Phoned next morning they said they will get back to me and let me know what’s happened. Phoned again!! Said they have asked the courier to phone me. Arrived Friday 2 days late.

High value and quality fits materials and look

Haven’t put them down yet but they look great and seem very solid so should make a very nice and firm floor.
I collected the tiles from the warehouse and the collection was seemless.
Very efficient.

I tried placing an order twice and pay with PayPal, PayPal took my money

Sent the wrong sample reordered the right one which has a marble effect black vein sent me plain piece of flooring with no black vein anywhere

Speedy delivery of samples requested, would not hesitate to use this company if Mrs can make her mind about which one she likes.

Great to see a physical sample

I ordered two tile samples. They were so quick on arriving and packed well. Thank you for your service.

I bought many boxes of vinyl flooring for my house and some of them came damaged, I told the delivery that person they were damaged and they told me to email them about it. I then emailed and they said they would only refund me for 2 planks out of what must have been 3 entire boxes which where damaged. I showed pictures of proof via email as their website form doesn’t allow you to add phone images to the refund form (probably to prevent people from even being able to get a refund) and then after I had converted, then the image size was too big so I couldn’t add them at all and so I had to email to 2 different emails as one of their emails that is on their website they just don’t respond to, after they said the pictures where not enough proof even though the pictures where from the second it was delivered and included the wooden base and plastic wrap it was delivered in. The reason it must have not had “enough proof” was because the delivery person had taken a picture of the side it was not damaged in even though I had told him about the damage. I will not be buying from them again.Absolutely Malicious return/shipping damage policy. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I have only ordered a sample from company which was delivered quickly the product looks good quality

I ordered some samples of LVT floor they were quick to arrive. They look and feel really good quality. The only problem is I can’t decide what colour I want.
