First time customer and the team called me to say one of the bottles ordered looked in questionable condition in their cellars, so they preferred not to ship it to me. They discussed substitutes, checked warehouse stock for alternatives, and refunded the missing bottle immediately giving me time to make up my mind. Kept me informed over the phone and email throughout. Turned what could have been a disappointment into a great first time experience. Will be coming back to them.

Great place. Walk in and order a box of 12 and it was delivered next day. Everyone charming including the poor bloke who delivered it on a bike. Fabulous selection of very interesting wines that are good value.
