Never used the Keylink Bakery Store before, but glad I did! Firstly a great price on the cans of Goldwax, lower than their competitors. Very easy to order, and arrived in double quick time, well protected in a sturdy box. Postage was a little higher, but more than worth it to get it quicker, and it was compensated by the lower price of the product. I tend to buy more than one item, so worth it. Overall a positive shopping experience, no issues or problems. Recommend!

A super helpful company! We were not a registered customer but ordered a product and within half an hour the pro forma had arrived, we'd been set up as a customer and, on payment, they immediately processed and had the order ready for despatch. Absolutely great service!

There are many reasons I shop with Keylink The chocolate is high quality at a very competitive price. The dispatch is usually the same day and arrives quickly in sturdy packaging. The staff team are amazing and work together to make the best experience for the customer. I have been fortunate to deal with all the staff but recently have asked for Lynne as she knows my preferrences and can guide me through the options suited to me. She also gives information about new products and sends samples to help future choices. For this reason Its good to be able to ask for someone specific, although eveyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will return and would highly recommend this company.

I have been impressed
Yesterday I placed my order at just before 1pm.
I received it at just after 11am this morning.
Timing is excellent and just goes to show that Keylink keep the promise on the website "order before 3pm for next day delivery".
I ordered 3 bags of Callebaut chocolate couverture. All arrived in a well packed box. No damage en route despite it being the sort of day I would recommend using sun cream!
The prices are good. I'm sure anyone looking at chocolate for cooking already knows Callebaut is excellent quality.
This should see me through to Easter. But if I look as if I am running low, I know I can obtain more promptly. Special thanks to Vicky at Keylink. I couldn't see my order the instant I had placed it. She reassured me that it was there and being processed. Definitely 5* quality and 5* customer service. Thank you
