My first review was one star and read as follows: “I am still waiting for delivery over a week after the order. Reliance on DHL (evidently not reliable) has resulted in two failed delivery attempts and a failed re-route to a collection point. Overall disappointing”.

However, following an email to the company expressing my disappointment, a thoughtful and swift reply came from Evelyn, along with the promise of a refund. Sad not to receive the wine, impressed by the customer service.
