SHAME ON VINFOLIO

You've heard repeatedly from me and my husband Larry Murphy. You refuse to take responsibility for sending ruined wine and saying it was the shippers fault because you "had severe heat wave". Your excuse is always the same. We have PROVEN TO YOU WITH WEATHER REPORTS FROM EVERY ROUTE AND IT NEVER GOT OVER 65 DEGREES!!! You are pathological liars and we are taking this to the next steps including to all social media and legal avenues. SHAME ON YOU!

This order was shipped via ground service, which was the method selected at checkout, and transit insurance was not included with this shipment type in line with our standard policy, which is outlined on our website. When issues are reported, we always take care to review each case individually and request supporting details so we can better understand what may have happened during transit.

In this case, we reviewed the shipment details alongside the condition of the remaining bottles in the order. Our intention throughout is to be thoughtful and consistent in how we assess these situations, even when the outcome can be difficult to determine with certainty.

We do understand how disappointing this experience has been, and as a gesture of goodwill, we are issuing a refund for the affected bottle.

My order had the wrong address printed…

My order had the wrong address printed on it according to FedEx, after they made 3 “attempts” to deliver my bottle of wine for me and my wife’s 9th wedding anniversary. I contacted Vinfolio multiple times so they could change the shipping address with FedEx, since as the receiver I can’t make changes. They never contacted FedEx and the package is being returned to Vinfolio now. I demanded a refund, but doubt I will be hearing from them. Don’t purchase from this company.

After further investigation with FedEx, we were able to confirm the shipping label error and have since corrected this with a refund that is currently being processed back to you.

Everithing regarding Vinfolio is great

Everithing regarding Vinfolio is great! The Wines are reasonably priced and delivery is good. I would have giving them 5 * but the only problem is that shipping to Puerto Rico (A USA Territory with no shipping restrictions) is not available!

Great experience

Great experience, easy ordering and fast shipment. The only wished that the bottles were shipped in cardboard instead of styrofoam, or at least give customers the option. I receive wines from my club memberships in cardboard only, and it works just the same. Styrofoam is a beast that lives for 500+ years...

Terrible Customer Service

This company offers great prices, but it comes with a total lack of customer service. They don't answer the telephone, and they don't ship quickly. If you need wine on any sort of schedule, this is not the place for you.

Poor Shipping Department

I was a Vinfolio storage client. Stored hundreds of bottles of First Growth Bordeaux among other high-end wines. I requested a small number of my wines in storage to be shipped to me in California. The Vinfolio shipping department shipped my wines 15 days after I requested shipment. This is absolutely unacceptable. Very poor customer service from the shipping department. I do not recommend this company.

Delays

I ordered a bottle of 1977 Port as a gift to my hosts at Thanksgiving. I paid for Fedex Two-Day Delivery. After a few false starts, I received my Port overnight. I leave on Monday, November 20th for the big event and am very happy that Vinfolio went out of its way to help me. All is well.

they actually lost my wine!!

I have been a customer for at least 10 years. I am beyond disappointed that Vinfolio and Vincellar have lost bttles of wine that was purchased more than a Has Vinfolio become the new "Premier Cru" - what is going on with this company!

Indefensibly slow

It took 23 minutes from my arrival for my wine to be brought out to me....

Couldn't find my order, then couldn't find my wine, then couldn't reach my wine and needed to find someone who could. It seems like this should be about a 3-minute process, which it is at other companies I use.
