Used to use pet supermarket but gone up the ponciness level and had to find a new supplier who has lilys kitchen and meowing heads. They've done an excellend job so far - next day delivery, processed refund etc.

Cannot believe how much cheaper this product is compared to our local garden centre. The food came within a few days. I will certainly purchase my dog food from them in the future.

I ordered the special dog food for Henry my dog who has cancer, the order was dispatched the next day, very fast delivery and very good prices, cheaper than anywhere else. Excellent.

When I received a delivery it contained an invoice for the total order I had placed, which made me think that half my order was missing. When I phoned in to query this, I was informed that the rest of my order was due to be delivered the next day (all day delivery), therefore I felt able to go out for the rest of the day. The second delivery took place that afternoon and not the next day. I am very disappointed at the confusing invoice information and the incorrect delivery details being provided. The products may be good, I have yet to try them; unfortunately mine has not been the best customer experience.
