Very knowledgeable, excellent customer relations and just a lovely bloke! I'll be going back to this dealership in the very near future and will definitely be seeing Dylan again. Great service from the salesman Earl and his manager David. Both were extremely helpful throughout the buying process from organising my test drive, to sorting out the finance and also offering a great deal on alloy wheels and tyre insurance. I also took out their excellent service plan paying a small monthly amount giving me peace of mind for when the service is due 12 months from now.

Dylan McCan was really helpful and informative and walked me through every step of the way regarding what will happen and called whenever a problem arisen I would definitely recommend dealing with Dylan. David Miller the manager was also really helpful and kept me in the loop when needed. If anyone ever goes to vertu for a car I would definitely recommend asking for Dylan or David.

Dylan at Newcastle Vauxhall has been amazing! Everything was super easy and no pressure whatsoever, which is what I was most nervous about. He knew everything about the cars, and gave some fab advice (that I definitely needed😂).
