Just purchased our BMW R1300 RS from Vertu Shipley. The whole experience was very pleasant indeed. The part exchange was very fair and Richard Watson was very professional and was very thorough. The bike was delivered on time by Gary who explained everything clearly. All in all we are very happy indeed. Great job and thanks.

Needs improvement.
Great deal on a new bike and sales person pleasant and friendly. Knowledge, to be gained.
However communication very poor, no contact when indicated and had to chase up myself.

We rode 180 miles after speaking to the sales man at Sunderland. He was honest in his appraisal of the new bike and gave me a good price for mine. We bought the bike. Everything went smoothly. There is a Holiday Inn on the opposite side of the road which was quite good value if you are travelling a distance. The showroom is worth a visit and one of the best BMW showrooms I have seen.

I bought my bike over the phone and had it delivered, the whole experience was a pleasure, the sales person was easy to talk to and very informative about the whole process which made it easy, the bike was delivered exactly the time they said it would be, I traded my old bike in they gave me an excellent price, everyone involved were pleasant and knowledgeable.

After having a ride down to Shipley and…
After having a ride down to Shipley and been like a kid in a sweet shop looking at the vast array of beautiful bikes Richard clocked us, a couple of coffees later, he said “ you realise I can’t let you leave without buying one” I did the deed, bit of haggling but in general he was a top bloke and I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Vertu and Richard

came into the showroom with absolutely no intention of buying a new bike—I was just having a look. Sean Clarke took the time to speak with me without any pressure or sales tactics. From the moment we started chatting, his rapport-building, knowledge, and genuine customer service stood out.
He listened to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions honestly, and made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed. His professionalism and friendly approach completely changed my mind, and before I knew it, I was riding away on a brand-new bike!
