Aimi organised and booked our flights and tour of Japan. From first going in to the store to all the last minute questions I knew we were in safe hands. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Ventur Luxury travel and would definitely be talking to Aimi next time we want a high end holiday.

Jane booked our Easter trip to San Francisco and Las Vegas. Nothing was too much trouble and everything came together nicely for a perfect family vacation.

Just returned from a fabulous break at The Grosvenor House Dubai, I would recommend this place unreservedly, we had a 3 bedroom suite, it was fantastic, the restaurants, pools and hotel itself was faultless but the hotel hung that made this stand out for me more than any other stay I’ve had in Dubai was the service!! Every person we interacted with was at the top of their game, nothing was too much trouble. So whatever your reason to go to Dubai, consider this place, you won’t regret it

I have worked with Aimi for a couple of years now and she has never failed to organise us anything but a fantastic experience whereever we have visited. The whole experience from booking with Ventur Luxury Travel to getting home was excellent.

The hotel in Milni was superb, a lovely quiet location with good access to Dubrovnik and Cavtat either by bus or ferry. Perfect spot for a week away with leisure and sightseeing options.

We booked our first holiday with Jane Catchpole in 2015; our requirements can be quite complex with a mixture of accommodation, in several locations and using various forms of transport. Nevertheless Jane took the time to get to know and understand us, tailoring a package that met our requirements perfectly.

Great service throughout, our consultant Paul provided us with lots of options for our holiday to Cyprus within the budget range we gave him. The attention to detail and the ease of communication made the whole experience a pleasure. We never had to chase for information, updates or tickets etc as he and the team were highly proactive. Furthermore using his personal knowledge of the area Paul was able to make suggestions of places to visit while we were there. which was a real help. We will certainly use Ventur again without hesitation as we cannot reccomend them highly enough.

Building trust with a travel agent is a real bonus. Jane has provided help and advice for a number of years and it’s great to know we can rely on her for all our travel plans.

I have been booking my holidays through Sue Pye for over fourteen years. I have always found the service she provides fantastic. Sue goes the extra mile to find the perfect locations and accommodation to suit our requirements. When the pandemic hit, Sue dealt with everything that was needed to either rearrange our planned trips or organise refunds on our behalf.
