I bought MicroSD card for my Switch on 19-Feb on Catch.com.au, and it arrived on 24-Feb. It is $20 cheaper that JB & $40 cheaper than EB Games. It is DEFINITELY a great deal.

I think the most concerning part is that it is hard for me to track my parcel. They only send me notification that my parcel is on the way on 20-Feb, but I cannot track my record in Catch.com.au because it saids my record is empty! It definitely SHOCKED me!

So I submit a ticket to Catch.com.au HelpDesk by providing my order number, and Catch.com.au contacted Veloreo...around 3 days after Veloreo told me that auPost has delivered to me (luckily I really got my parcel finally) on the same day.

Some people complaining they did not receive the parcel...Well yes because it is VERY hard to track your parcel (I can never track my parcel successfully by my own on Catch.com.au or auPost)

If you wanna try your luck, just buy it and start praying your parcel arrives safely.

I was happy to make a deal with them, and Ashley was very professional in helping me with some problems with my memory card. I asked the local electronics retailer if they were genuine, and they said yes! I was surprised! I would buy more, thanks to Veloreo.

Don’t be fool about the price since the product never arrives. As highlighted by many reviewers the product will be allegedly dispatched but with no tracking number and when queried a simple response that it was lost by Australia Post and then it’s a game of chasing refund or resend. Don’t purchase from them please

Didn't receive the item. Communication with Veloreo wasn't too bad. They offered a refund and I finally got it after I had to remind them. It may have just been Aussie Post that didn't deliver, but Veloreo didn't have a tracking number, so who knows what happened. I'd be hesitant to purchase from them again and be happy to spend a few extra dollars and shop elsewhere.

Although the item arrived 20 days after purchase via Catch.com.au, Veloreo responded to my enquiries promptly and furnished me with an Austpost tracking link, which they set up for me to check the status of the package.

I was worried a little at first due to the negative reviews but was wasted stress as my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic was with me within 3 days. Would definitely deal with them again. They are a start up company and they post the packages in a post box that's why it takes a while for tracking to activate.

Great prices for SD cards and fast shipping! Only issue is that they didn’t send an email confirming my order had been sent, and judging by the other reviews it seems like that’s a common trend. But they actually do ship pretty quickly, so to anyone who’s ordered from Veloreo and is worried that their order hasn’t been shipped, don’t worry!! It most likely has and should arrive soon.

Other than that, especially given the great prices, I definitely recommend these guys!

ordered card through bunning market place order went through 9th jan no arrival since and only response i get is that they are checking auspost. i will not buy again from either Veloreo or Bunnings card was delivered this afternoon probably long delay was not all the sellers fault and some on auspost

As per feedback provided by other buyers, Veloreo actioned my request very quickly, posting my delivery within days of purchase, but I had to follow-up on delivery as status was still showing not delivered, even though it had. I would encourage Veloreo to reach out to customers once delivery is made advising so, providing a tracker number, as a way of improving service and customer satisfaction. I am yet to test my SD cards, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed as the packaging appears to be genuine and the product has already been tested by other buyers.

I was going to give 4 because it did take some time to get my SD card, but the issue really lies with Australia Post.
At least the seller responded quickly to my concerns and sent out another SanDisk Extreme Pro 128GB promptly and the communication to get the issue resolved was very good.
I've now tested the card in my new GoPro 11 at maximum settings and the card did not fail, so it's for sure genuine.
So at the price I paid which includes shipping, this is the best price going around by far .

Affordable product in comparison with other retailers, found them through the Bunnings website. Good service, only thing would be that I wasn’t provided a tracking number for my order, so I had no idea if it had been sent or not until it arrived at my home. Would recommend this company again!
