Great Customer Service
Purchased 2 SD Cards at a good price. Unfortunately these were lost by Aus Post. Great responsive communication in resolving the problem by providing replacements which arrived in a few days. Highly recommend.

Although I needed to send in an enquiry to ask about my purchases as it took too long, the customer representative was very helpful and professional. They were able to follow up and resolve the delivery issue. It was acceptable as its Christmas peak period, so a lot of parcels will be delayed etc

Ordered an SD card, the card was promptly sent and when Aus Post took some time, I needed customer service, their communication was impeccable.
