Am not happy with overrated price online
Am not happy with overrated price on frozen seafood online compared to store. They have fish in offer 2 for £4 plus instore but online one pack cost about £4. How much is packaging, ice and delivery cost?

Dear Nas, we do understand there is a higher price compare to shop, however you do need to understand on top of Ice gel, packing material and delivery cost we do need incur manpower to get this prepared thats why there is a slight high price compare to shop. However our price is comparatively across online industry.

I’m really happy with the service. Customer service was really good. I Didn’t expect there would be an online Indian store that could actually deliver groceries next day. Unreliable
Unreliable. Ordered a week in advance as I was cooking for guests. The day before they tell me that some items are unavailable. On the day delivery is due I've heard nothing so contact to see when arriving and they tell me my delivery is arriving the following week. Presumably they weren't going to bother to tell me and my guests would all go hungry. Won't be using again. Had a much better experience with Bombay Basket
