slow shipping process

Originally ordered on 4/28 the shipment information was received 4/29, order label created on 5/9 took 7 business days to create a label then it ships 5/10. Tells me its scheduled for delivery on 5/16. On 5/16 at 10:49 am the tracker tells me delivery rescheduled because no adult was there to sign, nobody has come knocked on my door or rang the door bell there was no delivery attempted. Same day 5/16 at 11:46 am the tracker tells me it’s on route for delivery. Same day still 5/16 at 7:46 pm tracker says delivery rescheduled no delivery attempt. Same day again 5/16 at 8:14 pm tracker says delivery attempted road closed. I’m not blaming vaping.com at all love the products but the shipping company is atrocious. Please vaping.com find a new shipping company.

Used to be amazing… not anymore.

Used to be amazing. Never EVER order from these people. Took weeks to get my package to the carrier then the carrier they're using for shipping is quite literally the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a company. Unprofessional, lies, unfulfilled promises, never called me back, laughs at your troubles, and vaping.com won’t do SH** to fix it. I will be charging back my credit cards for this BS.

Update

Everyone stating that it takes forever to deliver it does so far I’ve waited 2 weeks one week it being with the shippers with a tracking number that does not track a thing it just says no date available I don’t care how good the product is this is not a business that I will be giving any money to again you would think they would choose another shipping company after everyone gives them a bad review because of them. UPDATE
Still waiting has been on a truck 2 days after waiting to get a shipping label for a week again I’ll never buy from here again and if you need things pretty quick or even in a normal time period you should not either

The tracking was updated on April 21st as it is being transferred to the last-mile carrier. Products from here are good but…

Products from here are good but shipping takes way too long to be a viable supplier. Last order was a month ago and still is not received. Previous order was left on doorstep with no signature although it states a signature is required (and included in shipping costs)

First of all I was not sent an email saying that it was on the way. Second of all I was not told that it was being delivered on a certain day. And then I was not told it was delivered. So now I'm sitting here waiting for my money back. I would like for you to do that pretty damn soon thank you.

We are sorry if you did not receive tracking information; I can see it was sent to your email on February 28th when the order left our warehouse. Sometimes this goes into your spam folder. Sadly if no one is available to sign for the order, it does get returned as the law requires an adult signature for all vape product deliveries.

Battery does not have adjutment and…

Battery does not have adjutment and coils burn out quickly have gone through several coils in a short period of time . glass tank broke and it was hard to replace it with seals that was included. Was wondering if you can send me a supply of coils for my dissatisfaction before my next order.

support was accommodating for my mistake

I haven't received my order yet, but I realized I ordered the wrong pods a few hours after I placed my order. So I emailed support and asked them if it would be possible to exchange the wrong pods I ordered for the same dollar amount in the correct pods I needed, or if they could cancel/refund me for store credit (since I was planning to buy the correct pods from them anyway), and Taylor got back to me in under 12 hours and told me my order was cancelled and my debit card would be refunded in a few days. Fortunately I had enough money to go ahead and order the right pods so I'll probably write another review when they come in. Btw: I know it sucks having to wait for your card to get refunded but as someone who works in a place where we often have to delete card swipes I understand that that sort of thing is out of the control of the store and often has way more to do with your bank than the person refunding you. And I want to mention that I needed to change/cancel my order because of a mistake that *I* made so I appreciate that customer support was willing to accommodate me.

Do not use them.

I ordered some fluid back in February. After waiting a month, because I read the reviews (about how it takes forever but you eventually get it), I get impatient. I emailed support two weeks ago. They assured me it would be delivered by the end of the week and if not to let them know. Well. It didn’t arrive. I let them know. Got no response. Asked for a refund, still no response. Avoid this company like the plague. They had the audacity to ask me to review these products?!?! How do I review something I’ve not even received?!?! I would love to give my opinions about the fluids. Unfortunately, I can’t. I don’t know what happened but I’m over it. I want what I paid them back and to be done with them.
Avoid. 0/10. Do not recommend.

Unfortunately, this is not possible via our carriers. The carrier returned the original order to our warehouse after the unsuccessful delivery attempts, and it was only then that we discovered the problem.
