I was charged under Mi-One Brand which is what appears for purchases on Vaping.com and seems to be one of their trading names and yet the company refuses to ship my items, even while acknowledging that their own system caused the issue. Their response makes it clear they will not send the products even if the money is not credited back to me. This is unacceptable.
I was even willing to provide screenshots as evidence, but they did not want to hear me. Their system failed because I used a non‑US card, which their system rejected despite charging my account. Instead of taking ownership of this clear system failure, the company pushes the burden onto the customer.
Money left my account, and their system failed to deliver. Their refusal to take responsibility shows a lack of integrity and customer care.
This has been a complete waste of time and effort. As far as I’m concerned, they charged me and failed to provide the goods.
Save yourself the frustration—DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Vaping.com is amazing
Vaping.com is amazing! I purchased a bunch of Lost Mary vapes and they came in very quickly! I’m definitely purchasing again! You do need to make sure you or someone above 21 is home to sign for the package.
Any bad reviews are from dumb people who are actually trying to review Vape.com
Opposite of convenient
At the end of the day, my goal ordering online is convenience. Everything about vaping.co is exactly the opposite. They really aren't special. They don't have anything unique or special enough to waste your time not your money. Seriously, shop anywhere else. Im trying to save you the frustration.

WORST "Customer Service", or lack thereof, that we have ever experienced...we placed an order and they shipped the wrong pod system but because we signed for it, they would not ship us the correct pod system and take back the wrong, unopened pod system that they originally sent us~NO ONE opens their packages on the spot with the mail carrier, that's not going to sit there and wait while you go thru your entire order, anyway...we ordered a lot of stuff with this company and almost every single time they got something wrong~this time was different b/c we purchased several items to particularly work with the pod system that we purchased and b/c they sent the wrong system, we had several items that we would have had no use for...we've ordered with a different company now tho so it'll be used but we def should not have had to go thru everything we went thru with this company on their mistake, only to be completely ignored by customer service! We gave them pics, proof & more that they shipped the wrong item and now we cannot even get them to respond...we've been in business for almost 36 years ourselves, and I can tell you 100%, THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS~if you want to stay in business...we will NEVER purchase from this company & if you've made it this far into my review, trust me when I say shop elsewhere~you CAN find the same or better products, and @ a cheaper price!!!

I placed an order on the 14th today is the 20th the site said that hasn't even been shipped yet so I called them he said oh we don't work on weekends and we have hundreds of mail-in orders and we'll get to yours it's already been 5 days they live 5 Mi away if that isn't s***** service I don't know what is!!.. but it's obvious the customer is not their main priority!!
I could have ordered them from anywhere but I figured since they're 5 Mi away little did I know I had to wait 5 days and it hasn't even been shipped yet!!!!!

They sent me the wrong item that i ordered and then because i signed for it, they woudnt send the correct item that i originally ordered. I sent them all the proof they needed to see that it was their fault but it still did no good...I spent alot of money with this company, but no more. (Shity customer service)

Won't buy again
Took over 3 weeks to receive order, got order finally and half of the pods weren't even filled properly. Not to mention the 'fogger' brand taste NOTHING like the authentic ones ive been using for months - So take that as you will.. Don't be fooled by the 'good deals' - you'll end up being disappointed at the end of the day. Shop elsewhere.

I’ve ordered 3 times since stores have stopped selling geek bars and it takes 3 weeks before your order is even shipped out. This was the 4th and last time I’m ordering, it is Nov 19th and it has been 4 weeks since I ordered and it still hasn’t been shipped out yet. No one answers when you call or email.

Vaping.com offers a diverse and well-rounded selection of vaping products. Their shipping service, RocketShip, can take a bit of time, but their customer service is truly exceptional. My package was marked as “Delivered,” but I never received it. Fortunately, vaping.com resolved the issue very professionally. If you always select the small add-on for Package Protection, vaping.com is a great resource for your vaping needs.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. One of the Vape pens I ordered failed in 6 weeks - The product has a 90 day warranty - when contacted I was initially advised they would send a replacement and to provide my details, photo ID, address, and picture of the failed item. Once I did that, I received another email saying sorry - "our warranty is 30 days" and you need to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer says to contact the compnay you purchased from as they should be able to handle the replacement. Then does offer a process to request replacement from them, however it requires no only your proof of purchase but also a code/tag from the original box which I would not keep empty boxes around after I purchase a vape pen so I am unable to process through the manufacturere either. So 6 weeks of use to failure and into the garbage. Will never purchase from them again. Ironically their website talks about their "Core Values" and one being Commitment - Dedicated to building lasting relationships through consistent, reliable service and a steadfast focus on customer satisfaction. Well I guess that only applies if you don't have a "problem" with a product you purchase from them.
Borderline scammy
I ordered five Foger Switch Pro refills from Vape.com at $12.50 each, with a total bill of $81.72 including shipping and adult signature fee. What did I receive? One single refill — and radio silence.
I emailed them three separate times trying to get answers about the four missing items. Nothing. Not a word. Only after I opened a credit card dispute did they finally bother to respond — and even then, all they offered was a $50 refund. That’s right: they sent me $12.50 worth of product, kept $31, and apparently think that’s acceptable.
Let’s be real — that’s not just bad service. That’s f’d up! I didn’t get what I paid for, they ignored every attempt to resolve the issue, and then had the audacity to offer a refund that still overcharges me by more than 100% for a single refill.
If you like being overcharged, ignored, and treated like crap, Vape.com is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that actually values customers.

I made an order the night of September 17th. Today is the 25th so I emailed them to ask if they have been shipped and they said their warehouse is 5 days behind.on top of the 3 days to pack it. They also said shipping is 7 to 18 days. I asked for a refund cause everything about them is slow. They refunded instantly so thats a plus I guess. Lol

Ordered vapes on 9/1/25, received one email saying order confirmed and nothing since then! I have emailed support 3 times and no response! So upset bc I thought I had a new site to continue ordering from but it’s a no for me unfortunately.

This shop took the longest any of the other three shops took to ship. I order 05/27 and they didn’t ship till 06/04. I spent $16.99 on shipping and it still says it’s going to take 5 days to get here. When I check the site it’s showing preparing shipment today on 06/05.
