I did not receive me order

Update December 19: they still didn’t send me my order. Also they didn’t refund my money.

20 days pass since I order.

I didn’t not receive me order. The tracking number shows it delivered, but I did not receive anything yet. I did not receive a call, and I did not sign for it. I ordered it since December 1st.

Order placed on Oct 19th and it is Dec…

Order placed on Oct 19th and it is Dec 6th and still have not received it. Customer service email responses have been extremely slow. They said the package was delivered and provided a photo of a signature that was not mine. Tried to file a credit dispute and told the bank I had received the product. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, stay away from ordering from them.

Order placed and charged. No delivery after a month and no actual contact

Placed an order on Nov 4th 2022 for a total of $80.93 for two pens, two bottles of juice, and extra elements. Order marked as “shipped” on the 8th with an expected delivery date of the 14th of November. It is now Dec 5th and the tracking has never updated past “shipped”. I have tried multiple times to email support, finally asking for a refund and the best I have gotten was a very generic copy/paste or automated response “asking for patience while we contact out shipping department” regardless of the contents of the email. All responses have been identical.

At this point, I am having to move forward with filling a charge back through my bank just to get my money back.

This has been the single worst shopping/customer service experience I have ever had to go through. As others have mentioned, they rarely actually get back to you, there is no physical phone number to contact anyone with, no online chat option, and don’t get me started on the questionable shipping service they use as well.

Edit: I was contacted after this was posted and a refund has been quickly processed for the full amount for my order.

oh my god this website is the best

i found this website and instantly bought 50 bucks worth of supply totally forgetting that i could've gotten severely scammed i wait 2 of the 2-5 business days it takes for it to arrive then i got concerned and i emailed the support team who 30 min later emailed me back and assured me that my package would come and i kid u not the next day i got my package def using website again i'm totally stoked!

SCAM--DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. No Invoice sent as promised but they charged my card. No contact info on their web site. I had to google to get their info...no contact from them at all, until about an hour after I filed a dispute with my CC company. Despite their claim, no product was shipped and no delivery attempt was made--my security cameras proved it. Funny how their email suddenly came through like that. SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE Edit: Apparently they don't even bother to read these reviews... the email works fine...especially after a disputed charge. Ironic, eh?

Scam site, stay away!

Last year I placed an order for 20 bottles of e salt liquid. After months of delays and e-mails they still never sent it. I recently accidentally ordered again from this site 15 bottles. It’s been weeks and nothing. Total scam, do not use this site! I’ll happily provide screen shots of the e-mails and bogus tracking numbers from this site. Just ask. Jphs2000@aol.

I placed my order on October 19th

I placed my order on October 19th. I did email them asking for an update when I could expect delivery. They did email back saying that it might take up to 15 business days for the order to arrive. That 15 day was November 9th. Nothing!! I have emailed them at least 4 times asking about my order. No further response. So basically they stole over $100!!!

November 21, 2022 - I was finally told, as you can see below, they were refunding my money. Last Monday, the 14th, they finally responded to my emails and said it could take 3 to 5 business days for the funds to be returned. Well... 5 business day later and still they have not refunded $103.69!!

Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service!
I ordered a vape pod kit and an extra box of pods. What I received was the box of extra pods and another box of pods to a different kit, not the actual vape kit I ordered.
Reached out to the company and sent pictures of my original order and their item list received wich did not match. After multiple back and forth emails to them they agree to refund me the order amount. I replied that the refund would be acceptable or just ship me the vape kit I ordered and paid for. 2 weeks later I get a refund of 9 dollars, not the 50 I spent. Multiple emails to the company since then and no reply. This company is a joke and customer service is worthless.
I'll be disputing the charges with my banking company at this point.
Waste of time on something that could have been resolved with little effort from them.

I received great customer service in follow up on the issues outlined below. Their team discovered a technical issue that was preventing their emails from reaching me. Once they discovered it, their response was terrific. I’ve changed my rating from one star to five and started ordering from them again. Great job customer service team!

Horrible customer service! They sent two shipments of the wrong product and I’ve been waiting over two weeks for a resolution. I’ve been charged for product I cannot use. All I get from customer service is an acknowledgment that they are looking into it. I’ve sent pictures of the incorrect product, contacted multiple people and I can’t get anyone to fix the problem. At this point all I can do is contest the charges on my credit card and hope for the best.

Never again...well maybe

It's been almost 3 weeks and I am still getting the runaround from customer support. Lie after lie about why my order hadn't been sent, put offs for another day, that they would "watch carefully" until it was delivered. The last straw (and lie) was a supposed date my order would arrive, it didn't, and their site (as well as the tracking site) says still waiting to ship. I have to go to my bank to dispute the purchase, as they repeatedly refused to cancel my order. I would never order from this company again.
EDIT: I have been in contact with Taylor, a supervisor, and they are the reason for upping to 3 stars. An unreliable carrier service is the reason it's not 5. That is a corporate type of decision, and needs to change.

Legit! Great customer service

Great customer service!
Vaping.com website is definitely legit, cheaper delivery/ adult sign fee’s than other vaping stores online.
I never received any update emails other than the order confirmation -if my order was shipped out or tracking number. I reached out to support and Sam was able to assist me & quickly responded to my email. The product came in 8 days after ordering & couldn’t be any happier.

Fair Prices, Good Service, Moderate Shipping Times

Ordered a mod and two juices for $60 total. Didn't receive a tracking email so I reached out to customer support. They replied the next day with tracking info and were very kind and helpful. I received the package the next day (about 7 business days from the time I ordered). Overall pleasant experience. Will be ordering again.

I placed an order early to mid…

I placed an order early to mid September and was at work when the ‘deliver it’ company attempted to deliver my order. They attempted twice during the work week and refused to drop it off without a signature while also refusing to let me pick it up or coordinate anything further. The customer service team at vaping.com was great up until that point. They told me a refund would be issued and the request for said refund was placed on September 30th. I was quoted 3-10 business days depending on my bank and when two weeks had passed with no refund I reached back out asking for a status and have been reaching out for the past week with no response. I will be calling my bank to dispute the charge by Friday if not resolved internally. Would not use this company for future orders or recommend them based on my experience.
