placed the order on friday morning and…
placed the order on friday morning and paid for 24 hour delivery, they did not prossess the order untill monday 5:30pm, then they put the wrong address on the package so it took the post office 3 days to deliver and the when it did arrive they had sent 500ml of 100% VG when i had orderd 500ml of 70/30 VG/PG. I will not be useing this company again.

Thanks for the review. as per phone call i tried to explain that royal mail 24 is not a next day guarantee service and can still take up to 3 working days. we also have a 1 day handling time but we try our hardest to get the orders out the same day for our customers which 90% are sent the same day. your item was dispatched early Monday but you wouldn't of got the notification until 5;30pm as that is when royal mail scan the manifest at there sorting office. the tracking says it was attempted Tuesday morning but there was no one home to accept the order which was re delivered the next day. regarding the mistake of sending the VG/PG we would of more then happy to correct the error but you hung up on my member of staff and would not accept any further phone calls from us.

This used to be a 5 star review but unfortunately this deals are getting worse and the prices going up.
When the products were on eBay, the items were cheaper.
And yes, this review comes off the back of a Sales purchase, the first time I have purchased from your Sale, but I place an order every 2 months and have done for nearly a year when the item was on eBay.
