Made an order nearly a month ago, no correspondance or delivery.
Looks like the business has now ceased trading.
No refund, or product.

Looks like they are no longer trading, shame they took my payment before disappearing, no goods and no reply to email, phone, messenger. Website is unavailable and has been for a week. Thieving robbing scum

I got an email confirmation for an order I hadn't placed with them last week. I emailed them twice and left a voicemail once to find out what was going on & to cancel the order immediately, but got no reply to either of them.
Thankfully the order never appeared and I wasn't charged for it so they must have cancelled it, but I'm curious as to how they must have used my card details from a previous order I made with them - that's a major GDPR breach & fraudulent transaction issue right there.
I don't trust them enough as a business to use them again, especially since they couldn't be bothered to call me back on such a serious issue.

Poor communication (didn't provide any info on when order was dispatched/no tracking number provided for package), got the order wrong, no reply or apology when this was pointed out.

Won't be using again.

Used them 2-3 times now and service is impeccable. Delivery is always on point.

Deliver is very prompt, good offers, good quality vape juice and customer care is excellent.

I paid over £20 for a bottle of vegetable glycerine. I was meant to receive a bottle of aniseed and menthol 80/20. When I emailed my disappointment that they must have forgotten to add the flavour … none… I was confronted with a condescending response that it was my set up. I use a 0.6 coil and therefore I can’t taste it because I need higher pg. I use high vg because I have a sensitivity to pg and of all the 83747392762 juices and variations I’ve tried, never have I not tasted a flavour due to my 0.6 coil. So, nice try. I politely continued to request a return to zero response and total radio silence. Please avoid this utter scam of a business.

I have been using Vape-Hedz ever since I have given up smoking, the range of liquid is incredible and the taste of flavours you get are one of a kind. I will not go any where else and I have already recommended friends and family how have changed there e-liquids to there.
I think they need to let you open an account on the website so it will be for efficient.

I have been using Vape Hedz, must be for about a year now and won’t use anywhere else. I found this company through a Google search and I recommend to friends, who now also use Vape Headz. Love the products and absolutely love the fast delivery.

Ordered 120ml bottle of vimto vape juice, whenever I’ve ever brought 120ml bottles there’s 100ml in there, so space for nic. They REMOVED some of the juice I paid for to make it only 80ml in a 120ml bottle (admitted this on the phone, as if it was how it’s done) saying it was to make room for me requiring 6mg nic. I have never had this before in my years of vaping. Usually it’s 100ml to make up to 120ml with nic, if needing 6mg you’d need 4 nic shots but still get the same amount of juice - 50ml requires 2 nic shorts, so of course, double the amounts - 80ml with 4 nic shots then makes the juice MORE than 6mg, completely diluted what little flavour was there and made it unsmokable and completely flavourless. Just vile. I paid for a bottle of juice, I’d expect the amount it’s supposed to come with, not an altered amount, which doesn’t work out right with basic calculations on vape juice to nic ratio.
